Nothing but praise for this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in and checking out. My room was perfect, restaurant was great. Even though this was a short visit, I can tell this hotel is in a perfect location. This will definitely be my hotel of choice whenever I visit the Virginia Beach area.

The Staff was friendly and smiled. The linen on the beds need more bleach in the washers. Had the pet with me. I was bullied walking the dog out the lobby door several times by nasty men that were staying in the hotel. I was going to call the police but I was leaving the next day and was glad I was going. This is no Westin of DuBai. Nasty people stay here. I won't let my pet stay here. Carpets in all halls need to be cleaned. Pillows smelled just nasty and were all brown in color. Sheets kept falling off the bed all night. I'll never come to this nasty place again.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, modern lobby and rooms, comfortable beds and lounging in the room, convenient walking distance to venues and restaurants. Easy on-site parking garage. Great views (I want the same room next stay!). A very relaxing experience.

My husband and I had watched the grandkids for a week and treated ourselves to a weekend getaway. The Westin's restaurant was being remodeled so I can't comment on that but our stay was perfect. The weather was rainy and overcast but our stay was wonderful. There are great restaurants all around you, a great multiplex theater, a center where the symphony performs, and best of all right next door the coolest jazz club, Havanna Nights. The club was the "find" of our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The exercise was a great size and not too crowded. Parking was free and very accessible.
