Stayed here 10/7-10/9/11 in room 202 which is one of the 6 ocean front rooms. It was a nice sized room with 2 queen beds, a microwave, coffee pot and large fridge. The bathroom was large and very clean with no mildew or mold. The room was odor free and very clean as well. It was quiet at night too. We had no issues finding a parking spot at the Inn and we had to attend soccer games so we had to leave and return several times a day. The location was awesome, close to everything. I saw dolphins playing in the ocean from our balcony too, a big plus. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the bed was rock hard as was the pillow. If I stay there again, I will plan to bring a mattress pad and my own pillow to use. Overall, I rate this hotel as Excellent, especially for the cost of the room. In my opinion, you get "more" than what you pay for, especially if you stay in one of the ocean front rooms. :)

Perfect little place on the boardwalk. Our family loved it. Staff and facilities were wonderful. Very clean rooms and the property is maintained. Will return when ever back at the beach. Oh, parking is what you expect in the resort. They provide two lots, standard for the majority of motels on the oceanfront.

The wife picked this for a weekend getaway. Mainly by oceanfront and a good price.
Well the old saying applies here , Ya get what ya pay for. Our oceanfront balcony was all of 3 x7 . Location was pretty good , but again,the entire oceanfront is hotels. And if you miss the onsite parking ... maybe 20 spots there is a lot 2 blocks away with the dumbest layout ever seen . It's two deep on one side , but the back car is blocked in with no way out , so who's in front better be withyou andave a spare key or you go nowhere

this is a great hotel with great and friendly staff! we arrived a day early due to the hurricane and did get a room at same price as what we booked it for the other nights, we also had to leave early due to hurricane and did get money back for the last night, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean...i would highly recommend this hotel not only for the staff, but the rooms, the view, and the great hospitality...the cafe also had great food too!! and very nice people there too! so i don't know who these people are who are complaining but they need to get over it!!! It's a great place to stay!
