My daughter and I arrived very late in the night after midnight. We checked and and were a little weary from the start as the garage has graffiti in it. We went to our room 101 and were VERY disappointed. The room was dingy, carpet badly stained and a very moldy odor. We had little choice but to stay for the night due to late hour. After finally getting to sleep we were awaken by screaming and fight around 5 AM in the garage. We called the front desk after several attempts she answered the phone and said she would handle it. It went on for a bit longer but finally stopped. We try to go back to sleep by that time other guest were up and every time someone near us turned on e water you could hear it in our room. Loud pipes banging noise. We decided to shower and low and behold the tub was dirty and peeling. I went to the desk around 8 and wad greeted by a hostile manager. I ask for a different room and she demanded to check our room. After discounting all my complaints and concerns she said well you can check out then! We left and will NEVER go back

I was in Virginia Beach for work last week. i usually stay at Hilton's hotels. Like most companies our company is trying to save a buck, they are booking us in cheaper hotels. I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Virginia Beach. Ive never seen a better oceanfront view. It was just beautiful. I was told that each room has an oceanfront view at no extra charge.

I was also greeted by a staff that really seemed to care for my well being. Ive never been checked into a room quicker.

I really enjoyed my stay and told my boss, that i couldn't see staying anywhere else on my future trips.

This was our 15th year staying here....we always stay 2 weeks in July -Aug and have a wonderful time. The staff is always great and our room is always clean....if we needed something it was always taken care of. As I was reading some of the reveiws, I noticed we were there at the same time...not saying it was you but we will sit in the lobby and people watch. I was amazed at how the customers treated and disrespected the staff and owners in front of other customers. We have never staid at a perfect hotel/motel but I think if you treat the staff and owners as you would like to be treated things you would have a better time. We have enjoyed our stay here and most of the time I hate to leave but we have ours plans ready for next summer. Our kids are grown and they are excited about coming with their families also. If you decide to stay here I know you will enjoy it and have a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel which featured two separate rooms -- a living room area with a small kitchenette including a full size refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel sink, small marble-like counter, microwave, coffeemaker with fresh drip coffee replaced each day by housekeeper.
The bedroom had its own tv, closet with double doors, window facing the city, two queen beds, dresser with drawers, night table with alarm clock and table lamp plus a light near the full length mirror.
The living room area featured a table, chairs, tv, dresser, and sofa, balcony facing the ocean, and a door to the balcony. Chairs and small table on the balcony.
We selected this place because it serves a nice breakfast, has washer and dryer for guests,
and a very nice lobby with new, comfortable furniture.
This is a quiet hotel good for family stay. New Walgreen's drug store right across the street for convenience.
