My second time here and I have no complaints. Clean rooms, attentive staff and plenty of parking mean that I will continue to stay. The rooms are reasonably large and while a little dated offer all that is needed to make a stay in Virginia Beach comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel overall is nice and very clean. The room is small but doable.

There was only 2 drawers and we were 4 people so we had to try to make everything fit. I am very glad I brought extra hangers with us otherwise I would haven't have had any place for all our of clothes.

The bathroom is tiny. So small that if you put down the rug for the shower and you open the door, it moves the rug. It was mostly clean though with the exception of the air vent, that had a TON of dust on it. There is no exhaust fan so you have to wait for the bathroom to air out on its own.

The mattresses weren't horrible but weren't that great. Every hotel I've been to the bed was supported by a large frame. One bed wasn't supported at all so when we sat at the end of the bed, the part by the head board tipped up. Not very safe at all.

This hotel has an indoor pool which I thought would be great for the kids to use however it has WAY TOO MUCH chlorine in it. So much so that our eyes were burning just sitting there for the 45 mintues they were in and my son's eyes were blood shot for almost 48 hours after using the pool. We only stayed here to use the pool and we were only able to use it that 45 minutes.

So it's a nice hotel but next time we go back we won't be staying there. It wasn't worth it for us due to the pool being so unusable. We'll just stay at a regular hotel w/o a pool and save the extra $$.

Upon my arrival the front desk clerk was really nice and welcoming. Very quick and painless chick in. My room was a corner on the first floor and upon my arrival it was really cold. Ac was on cold full blast; it's 40 outside. The top bed sheet had what appeared to be a small amount of food crumbs, but they looked clean. Went for a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. Hot tub closed:( pool nice warm and clean but the atrium is freezing cold. Hotel is right on the highway and near the town center. Decent place for a decent rate. Wish the hot tub worked its partly why I chose the place. Oh well.

There are no words to describe our wonderful stay at the hotel. The front desk staff and the staff at the hotel were hospitable and wanting to make sure that our experience was wonderful. The shuttle service was terrific in order to get to the Towne Center. The Ballrooms are spacious to have events such as meetings and social events. We held our pre-wedding and our reception at the Crowne and couldn't have been more pleased with the level of care and consideration the Hotel gave us. Our guests were extremely pleased with their stay. Breakfast items and the lunch menu were terrific as our guests raved that it was nice to be able to have such great options at the hotel. It was a terrific experience for our family, friends, and all our guests. If you are looking for a great stay, this hotel is definitely recommended, hands down.
