We stayed here for two nights in mid-september. The room was nice (two adults and one 5yo) and had everything we needed for our short visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is a big complaint of others but, in the off-season, it was not an issue and we parked beside the building (small parking lot) our whole stay. The location is great, near many stores/restaurants/across from beach, and we took advantage of a good deal online (stay a night/second night half price) that may just be an off-season promotion, I am not sure.
All in all, we would stay here again because we would choose to travel early or late in the season. I have a feeling that, if this were peak season and if the hotel were full, we would have not enjoyed our stay, because we would have had to park in the offsite lot and deal with more noise. As it was, we had a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel after reading the reviews online. It looked nice for the price. The bathrooms are small, the tv is a flat screen. The beds are really clean.
The only issue we had is parking. The night we check in it was raining, so it was a little annoying to park on their other parking lot in the rain during the night.

The girl at the front desk was very helpful. Also the hotel is secure, they keep the doors lock.

Besides the parking issue, everything was good :). We would stay again here!

I booked this hotel online via Priceline and
my only problem was that the hotel has interior and exterior rooms,
Since i booked via auction site -- there ws no posibility for Me to BID for a ROOM with WINDOWS on Atlantic avenue and it was but that horrible - the room was well perfumed, very very clean and acurately plished. The bedding on the bed ws all IRONED what I only exprienced in MARRIOTT 4 star hotel or WESTIN 4 star hotel or SOFITEL.
most of even 3 1/2 hotels do not iron their beddings and it is such a DIFFERENCE,
I do appreciate it.

There is a Parking place, and staff of the hotel is very very nice and very freindly.
There is also a ROOF patio like in New Orleans -- with a view over Atlantic ave. -- and where one can also sun bath -with a view on the Hotels and Ocean.

Nothing to say against this hotel. We went 3 times since 2009 at this hotel and we are probably going here again next year. Very good location. Near from many attractions. Very good price and good staff. There is the place to be! We got a very nice experience at this hotel! I suggest this hotel to everyone who want.to go in Virginia beach.
