This was a clean hotel with a helpful & friendly staff. The parking lot always had an available space no matter what time we came in. The room & bathroom were super clean & well stocked. This is a family friendly hotel. This hotel is a great alternative to stay right on the beach & paying those outrageous prices. We will definitely stay at this hotel during our next trip to Virginia Beach.

Clean, well designed room. Our room (7th floor) had a min coffee maker, dorm sized fridge. The pillows are excellent! They have an indoor pool although I didn't use it as well as an outdoor pool. I could catch a glimpse of the ocean from the window. Very nice stay!

Clean and quiet room, modest and simple, but tasteful. We stayed in off season (January). Comfortable and suited to our needs which was to have a safe place to stay while visiting grandchildren. If you're looking for a good place to stay to get a good night's sleep, it's a good choice. However, if you're looking for a resort atmosphere with a sense of "posh," this is not the place for you.

Price was $52 and some odd cents for the Senior Rate. Lobby is simple and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Another reviewer mentioned the bed linens. I don't know when they updated these, but the linens were clean, felt fresh, and the duvet starched.
We will stay there again. Air conditioning/heating unit was little loud, but earplugs did the trick and we mentioned it on our way out. Hotel staff thought they'd look at it. We did not encounter any smoke smell in the hallways, lobby, elevator, or rooms.

We stayed 4 days here on New Years!!! We had a wonderful time. It is always a treat to stay here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Pool was great!!!! (Went swimming during a snow storm). We have stayed here a number of times and we always come back here. Thank You for our wonderful vacation. We love the fact that we can bring our dog on vacation. He is a service dog but places still give us a hard time, not here. We will be back in the spring. Happy New Year!!!!
