My first rooms AC did not work. Someone came up to try and get it working and had no luck. He said they would get me another room. So I waited in my room for about 15 minutes and did not hear from anybody so I called down to the front desk and was told to come down to get the keys to my next room. The second room's AC seemed to stop blowing cold air during the night as I had to get up and lower the temp twice during the night.
Both rooms were clean. The breakfast area was typical of a Hampton Inn and was well stocked. Overall I think the hotel can use some fixing up. The elevator buttons in the hallway were loose and some of the wallpaper was pealing around the edges.
I was disappointing in the way that my room issue was handled and felt their should have been some credit or something in that regard. Since this was company paid travel I was less inclined to complain.
