The GM and the staff make this the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was the only hotel I could get, the rooms are outdated, dirty (there was hair all over the room), mold in the bathrooms, and kids running up and down the halls night. The floors are thin so make sure you stay on the third floor.

They do not clean everyday, Sometimes the take the trash out. So you may need to do some cleaning yourself.

Although the location is good for government work, make sure you are not a light sleeper or like super clean rooms.

Stay next door at the Homewood Suites, Marriott should drop this hotel, maybe build a better one somewhere else.

If you are looking to stay close to the beach, this hotel is not for you. It was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The kitcen area needs some TLC . One restaurant within walking distance, the Surf Rider. This is a great restaurant with a great staff and great food. It is right across the street. Taxi service in the area is NOT reliable.

Just returned from a weekend trip visiting family. The location is great right off 264. While we did not go to the resort beach area, it would be a short ride. It's also very convenient to downtown Norfolk.

The room was nice, larger than a normal hotel room. The small kitchen area is great if you are there a few days and want the convenience of a full size fridge, microwave and stovetop. Nice large bathroom and desk with wired internet. There is a small pool and they did have a grill outside but I'm not sure if it worked. Breakfast looked basic, as we did not eat breakfast, although they had yogurt, milk cereal, muffins etc. Bed was comfortable.
