It was a quick 5 day trip for us, but having an extended stay was the best investment! Fell in love with Virginia Beach, with the hotel, the staff and each other all over again.

We checked in late, but called ahead. Hanna was excellent with our check in. She was very professional and noticed I was tired. The hotel was clean. We had additional bath towels as requested. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The area is safe and my children love the outdoor pool. We were a short 10min drive from the beach. Hanna provided us with written directions to the beach and back to hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and the free internet was great. Free parking. Cable tv was awesome for the kids. We will return soon. Thank Hanna you are the best.

The hotel is old, worn and smells which is too bad. The location is nice and quiet. The price was the best of all. I checked out early as someone burnt popcorn that lingered in the hall and partly in my room for two days. This hotel is a toss up - so three stars. BTW: There is no wireless internet in the hotel, but wired in your room.

I stayed here with my son for the weekend while we were in town visiting my other son who was at the naval base. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The television worked, as did the remote. The internet did not, or at least, it didn't work with my macbook. I didn't mind as I was tired and spent most of my time out of the hotel and visiting with my sailor.

Breakfast is just quick cold stuff, but it tasted fine and not stale.

Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and would likely stay again during the off-season. I'd probably want to stay closer to the beach if I were here for the atmosphere.
