We managed to take over the entire lodge over the new year period. The owners went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable, from the moment we arrived and were shown to our
stunning rooms we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel.Everyone in our party young and old were equally impressed with the luxurious accommodation and five star service.Hope to return soon.

My husband, baby daughter and I stayed at Kingsley Lodge for three nights just prior to Christmas. Jeremy and Cliff keep an impeccably clean and beautifully presented property. This level of attention to detail is hard to find and makes for a wonderfully comfortable stay (e.g. quality linen, china, toiletries). Breakfasts are superb (the scrambled eggs are unbeatable) and the lodge is an oasis of warmth and calm after a hectic, or simply dreary, day outside. We stayed in the Platinum room, which offers a wonderful separate bathroom and dressing area. Without doubt, the best accomodation in Wilmslow/Alderley Edge (and we are property owners in the area.)

This time I am staying in the recently refurbished Platignum Room, which is exquisite. I have a fetish for crisp Egyptiancotton bed linen and the luxurious Molton Brown products in the fabulous wet room. I relish the privacy of this beautiful property. I have two more nights here and am already planning my return.

I stayed for 4 nights in December, while on a business trip. Jeremy and Cliff keep an immaculate home in Wilmslow. I stayed in the Bronze room, which I suspect is the smallest (it was very small), but it was perfectly designed so that the space was not an issue. I did not see the other rooms (I think there are six in total). Jeremy is really outgoing and a pleasure to chat with at breakfast. This is the sort of place where they remember what everybody prefers for breakfast - very personal service. A continental breakfast is included; hot breakfast has an extra cost. The fruit was superb. There are some really lovely common areas and I spent some time chatting with colleagues in these spaces. Overall the place has a quite different feel than most inns. The inn is about a 20 minute walk into the center of Wilmslow; this time of year it was a bit too cold and dark to walk to dinner.
