We stayed here for one night when we were going to a concert at Wembley. Originally we had booked a room in the annexe which is about 50 meters from the main hotel. As soon as we checked into the room we wanted to move out. The room was clean but very tired and dreary. We paid for an upgrade room in the main building. This room was fine.We did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on the food. The few members of staff we came in contact with were helpful particularly the young man on reception on Monday.I can't say that the night male receptionist was so welcoming. This hotel is ideal for anyone wishing to book an overnight to go to Wembley to an event. It is close to the bus station and the bus stops right out side the arena. We were told that by rail it is three stops away. Unfortunately that night there was no train service due to rail works.
One bonus of staying here is that parking is free.
