Very clean, helpfull staff,Breakfast is not as good as some self service Premier inns but all-round a very nice stay,This was not in the peak time so may be different at peak time,all this for £29.99

Great Place to stay with A family,This Iis Our third visit & we caught the train this time from DEVON instead of driving. we couldn't check in early as sometimes in other premiere inn we have been able too,but could leave our luggage in reception. while we went back into london to see a pantomine .the room was clean as usual and slept like a log .staff were always pleasant.breakfast was lovely as usual but a little dissapointed with the service.I think they were short staffed as most places are this time of year ,had to ask for the coffee to be filled ,then ran out of plates then no cups,juice croissants etc..this was the same the next day too..we have never had this before and wouldn't put us off coming back,but it wasn't that busy like in the summer when we last went.but dont let it put you off.staff were very nice.easy for the trains chessington south ,or a bus to surbiton(71) then a 15 min train to london.you buy a travel card zone 1-6 and allows all bus and train travel in and around london.discount too with a family rail card.we saw the fireworks well worth it.transport 24 hrs got back at 4am.if i do this agai im booking an extra night so i can have a lie in.

lovely place , easy to find, the staff in the beefeater next door were amazing and very helpful however the staff on reception somewhat different . i like the sight of the staff smoking outside the front doors always nice to see . but the worst after being a smoker is walking into a room that stunk of cigarettes and it did , recompence no , change of room no infact6 sod all never again
