This hotel is directly across from the train station, but there was no interfering noise. The rooms needed a remodel but were clean and not US standard (efficiency-wise), but not too small, not too big/fancy. It was good enough. The bed was two singles pushed together and made as a double/queen. The breakfast was decent and you can sit by the window and watch all the bicyclists ride to/from the train station.
This hotel is a safe and interesting five to 10-minute walk to the city centre. We enjoyed the indoor mall that has an Italian theme--a little gaudy, but nice with very enticing stores. We had tea at the cafe and thoroughly enjoyed our little break. Check out the Blits cafe/restaurant--really good (and $$) food!
