Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on business trip.

Pros:
+ convenient location directly on front of station
+ free overnight parking in front of hotel
+ friendly staff
+ free WiFi in rooms
+ good bathroom
+ clean rooms
+ tea/coffee facilities in room
+ Good hotel restaurant

Cons:
- rooms quite old with worn out furniture, late 80ies style, although quite large
- matresses of bad quality
- noisy due to thin dry-walls (can hear people walking on corridor)
- breakfast ok if it would be included in room price, but not sufficient for 15 Euro extra

Summary:
I would not stay there again for the price asked. There are better offers around.

Perfect location if you use the train! 100 steps from the front door of the rail station and just 1hr23 ride to Schipol or 45 minutes back to Antwerp. Plenty of restos and shops nearby. Nice, clean, well maintained hotel with well appointed rooms. Pleasant, very fluent, English speaking staff. Will return! Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. Book on there website to get the best price.

Directly opposite the train station in Roosendaal, easy to find and plenty of parking (paid) available at the stations P+R. Staff was very helpful but the rooms were suffering from well... what i'd call the Best Western syndrome. They offer all the amenities you'd expect but at the same time if all comes over as very cheap and in need of a refurbishment.

Dinner was very good and well-priced. The breakfast was too expensive for what the buffet offered.

The hotel is very conviently located just across the square from the train station. I did not see much else of Roosendaal but it is very easy to get to the hotel from the train station.

The hotel is a bit old and has probably not been refurbished in the past 20 years or so. The room has a bit of tired feeling but it was clean. There was a desk with a decent work space and free wireless internet (you have to get the access code from the reception) and the TV was probably the newest thing in the room. There was also a water kettle which I really appreciate - often it is nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

The bathroom was pretty small but still sufficient. There was room enough to fit a bath tub in there. A small mistake had probablt occurred since the container with shower gel and shampoo had been put on the wrong wall (as far away from the shower as possible). It was no major problem as soap, shower gel and shampoo was also provided separatley.

The restaurant at the hotel was pretty decent. Nothing special but the service was consistently friendly. The same was true for everyone at the front desk as well. The breakfast was no really hit, it had the standard things but I would have wanted a bit more variety.
