“Quiet, small town.”

When we opened the window in our room, we were greeted with the melodious sound of the cowbells from the nearby field. The restaurant has great food. The small town is rural and quiet. We used it as our 1st night stop after the international flight and liked being able to get outside and do some simple hiking. The location is right across from the train station.

“Very good value”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently situated on the trans-swiss trail. The accomodation was clean, the guest house is situated on a little creek away from the train station, so there is no noise at night.
In the Restaurant you can enjoy food in different price classes (simple to gourmet). All prepared by a acclaimed gourmet chef.

the family zumstein personify the meaning of swiss hospitality in every way. if you are unable to stay overnight, you must try an evening meal, all the food is locally sourced. you will not be disapppointed
