We arrived (four of us) to find that I'd made the reservation for a week earlier by mistake. They were so gracious as to credit the entire amount I'd forfeited (and they had rooms!).

It's a nice modern hotel, although prices in CHF can be intimidating. Our only complaint was no A/C and it was hot - had to leave windows open all night, so heard freeway noise. Most times of the year this would not be a problem.

I stayed in Martigny for 6 days, 5 nights for a training session. The area is very quaint and the views amazing.

Rooms:
The hotel rooms are a bit small but still cozy. Just enough space to relax. The beds were comfortable and room was clean everyday. The views from all the rooms are amazing!

Service:
The service of the staff was quite good. I do not speak any French but most of the staff can understand enough English. They were very friendly and willing to make your stay very pleasant.

Dining:
I did not actually eat in the restaurant but food was catered for our conference. It was very good and plentiful

Hotel Location:
Martigny is a very neat town and located in a nice area. My understanding is it close to both France and Italy. The views of the Alps are amazing. Very beautiful location

Value:
The price of the room was quite high, but not uncommon for the area. Everything is expensive!
