we booked in 2009 with ferris not knowing where we would end up, we where pleasantly surprised when was booked into the catalonia, no there isnt air conditioning so we bought a fan and it was fine, we know the food is basic but it was edible and the dining room was clean, i worked it out and it had cost us £19 per person per night we was there, so breakfast and evening meal where a bonus really. The rooms are small but we only use ours to sleep in so no problem again and we found the staff extremly helpful and friendly, we had no issues with leaving our cases whilst our rooms where been cleaned, we enjoyed it so much we went back in august 2010 and had another enjoyable holiday, my advice is if you want a good value for money holiday in a clean and friendly hotel this is the place (if you need a big pool in the sun then you will be dissapointed, but the pool is nice if you want some shade small but ok) going back this year too, if you want more then pay more thats all i can say .

I have just returned from this hotel and cant fault it or the holiday for the price that we paid. The hotel is very clean, it has a new pool on the roof which is great for sunbathing with amazing views and the staff were all lovely. There was always something good to eat. Would recommend it to anyone.

Nice enough hotel,staff very pleasant.thats all the good points.Food terrible only warm thing was the coloured water they called soup.No variety or imagination just repetition.
The hotel was full of germans (which i would not normally object to)but they were allowed to run the place,the noise till all hours of the morning drunken behavior doors banging people shouting & running down the corridors,but this seemed normal to the hotel staff .WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IF THE PAYED ME ! SPOILED A OTHERWISE GOOD HOLIDAY.

I have just returned from a 10 night stay. On the 6th day my handbag was snatched from a small gap between the footpath and the screen around the hotel. The staff refused to call the police but gave us a map. All my cash, bank cards and mobile stolen. Our rep was unavailable so i left a message with the guy who answered the phone. To top it all The hotel manager charged me 35cents for the call knowing all I had was around 2 euros in small change. I found out there was another bag snatched the same way 2 days previous. 2 days later a family had their bag stolen from under their noses whilst checking out at reception. The rep from Ferris did turn up then but was no help wotsoever. Thank god for the free drinks from 7-10.30. Rooms ok but food very poor.
