this hotel is clean and the linen is white but there was only 1plug socket which was over the bathroom sink. so if you wanted to iiron something you couldnt;all the tv channels were in german.and beware of the drinks waiter he is so unpleasant not a word comes out of his mouth but his hand comes for your money in a snatch like a splippery eel! he has no manners. the pool is very small,no room for children to run around.the guys in the hotel cafe are lovely so is the lady with the glasses in reception, but the rest go around looking unhappy not a smile or a hello.the hotel is really dated the only thing that looked modern was the lift! across the road is the railway line,although the trains run from 6in the morning to midnight and you get use to it. then there is the beach,its huge.the cafe there are overpriced,its cheaper to buy drink and food in the supermarkets,also theres a pizza takeout besides the hotel and for 2euros you can get a large slice.so that was launch sorted.calella is flat and easy to walk around,the shopping centre is good also the church is beautiful so go in if you get a chance.

Room is poor and bed are like the ones used in the army. Mine was almost broken and I could not move on it without a terrible noise.
No double bed could be found.
Toilet was stucked.
No remote control for air conditioning and TV.
Receptionist was indiferent at my problems.
No luggage room.
View was on the side of the hotel and I had to smell all the flavors from neighbour kitchen and garbage.
Walls were like paper and I heard all noises from neighbours.
Food was fresh but like from a coumunist canteen. No more variations and in the mornings, if hamon cerano was finished, they didn't replace it. Also all aspect was like scarcity.
Last but not least, the service was disapoiting, during 7 days they didn't change the sheets once. Personel was bored and impertinent.
Only thing that was excellent was gelateria from the front of the hotel.
