We stayed from 24 Jan until 4th of Feb.

After seeing so many bad reviews about this property after we have booked we got really scared checking in :-), however our experience are rather positive than negative.

The hotel is nicely located in quiet corner of town, takes about 10 Min to get to the main street, the only downside of this property is that is quite windy up here as it is located on the edge of the island.

As we are from Hospitality Industry we were not expecting much from 3 star property in Canary Island but we were surprised :-) Yes the hotel needs a lot of touch up (Paint etc...) but that is not a problem for us when you go on your budget holidays and paying little over €30 half board pp :-)

Upon Check in a lot of informations were given to us about the Hotel and surroundings. We have requested cot beds to our rooms and we had them organised.

The TV in the bedrooms have 7 or 9 Spanish Channels, and the other 30 channels are pey-per-view, including German Channels, Italian, French and English (Sky Movies, Sky Sport). All them extra channels can be unlocked for €4 per day from 12.00 to 12.00 next day or discount for 7days €21.

Room safes €2 per day + deposit €5

You can upgrade to better room for €12.00 per day when you get there.

On site

3 Pools - Kids Pool not heated, Big Pool not heated, Medium Pool heated 24*C

Tennis Court - €6 per hour + €1.5per racket
Table Tennis - €3 per hour

Pool Tables - €1 per game
Also have Game Console (Fifa 12 etc. €2 for 20min)
Internet Free ( Lobby Only - terribly slow), Also have guests Computers in lobby €2 - 15min

Supermarket on site - Prices same as in supermarkets down town (some items little bit more expensive, but has everything you need, food, toiletries, alcohol, tabaco etc)

Laundry on site - didn't use it

Pool Bar - Opening for only short while from 12.40 noon till 16.00 average

NO OTHER BAR IN THE HOTEL

Rooms:

We got double (2 single beds connected)
Small Kitchen - equipped with Pans, pots, cutlery, microwave, 2 hobs, kettle) all brand new, despite negative reviews that they were old ??? Maybe the hotel updated ???

Living room - small wooden couch very uncomfortable

Balcony table and 4 chairs

TV quite small - even buying all them channels hard to see 14"

Room service every day Mon - Sat towels changed every 2 days

Room also equipped with plastic Clothes dryer

Bathroom - Toiletries given , towels, good size clean, there is no HAIR DRYER in the rooms, can be rented from local shop attached to the hotel for €2.00 per day and booking deposit of €10, bikes can be rented for a day from that shop also for €9 per day


Half board bases:

Breakfast served from 8.00am - 10am Mon to Sat, and 10.30 Sunday
Big variety of meat ( Sausages - 3 types, Bacon, Eggs cooked in 4 different ways, Ham, Cheeses, Fruits, Breads etc.) to buy on site €6.30pp

Dinner served from 7.30pm till 10pm every day
Buffet Style - Big variety of salads, seafood, Fresh Fruit, Always soup of the day, Small variety of meat, Pasta, looked to be very repetitive ) Cost to buy on site €12.50pp - You can get better value elsewhere in down town from €8.00pp Chinese Buffet to €12-€15pp main in restaurants.
