My Husband booked this as a 20th anniversary surprise,,and I was not dissapointed.
This hotel has everything.
I was expecting a 'room',and what we had was EVERYTHING,it was an apartment,a lounge with sofa-bed,arm chair, dining table and chair, tvthen ,thou a door out to the patio where there was another table and chairs, the lounge lead to a kitchen area, where there was a fridge, and hot plates, and enough utensils to make your early morning cuppa or to cook up a snack,or meal,if you were not 'all inclusive'.the bathroom was nice and roomy, well laid out and had hair-dryer.there was a bath and a shower.
The bedroom had twin beds, which were 4 foot beds, placed together,so there was plenty of room to spread out,if you were over heating !!! there was air-con,but we did not need it,in November, but I emagine you would need it in the hotter months.
This was our 1st 'All inclusive',we loved it,the food was fantastic,Breakfast everything you would ever want to eat...Healthy option,or full blown Full English..fanstasic..
there was a fab choice at lunch time in the dininig room, but we never used it,we ate at the pool side bar, which were more snack food.Pizza,Burger's,there was always plenty.
What I did like about the Food in the Dining room, was it was constantly topped up,so no matter what time you arrived,it always looked amazing, the evening meals were so tasty,I tried so many things I had never had before. Every thing was 1st Class.
There are 3 pools, and the grounds and gardens are all kept cleanand tidy.
Our room was cleaned daily, the bedding was changed every other day,and plenty of clean towels.
All the staff were freindly and helpful on all levals, the reception could not do enough for us.
We found the entertainment a bit boring, and lacking atmosphere, but this was mainly due to the fact that there were not many guests (if felt quite out of season)the bar,was run by i person, there was always a small queue, and I cant think how long you would have to wait to be served in the busy season!!!!
The hotel is in a good persition, there are regular busses near bye if you fancy a trip around the island,we walked every day, into town, about a 30 min walk, and we used to get a cab back.
It was a super holiday, and I would love to visit again.
