We arrived here after leaving another hotel that day due to mobility problems.
The staff are very polite and well mannered and speak good English; the reception are is clean and well maintained.
The rooms on the other hand need a complete overall, which I believe they are to receive in late 2012.
Our apartment consisted of one bedroom basic but clean, the bathroom again was basic but clean but at came with the bonus of a walk in shower area rather than bath. The room/kitchen was clean but again very basic and came with a colour TV. The kitchen had one of the cupboard doors almost hanging off its hinges and a noisy fridge. It consisted of the usual crockery and utensils also a kettle and toaster but no oven, grill or microwave.
The balcony area was open plan and in front of the pool which attracted people to camp out in front of the apartment all day merrily looking in so we got no privacy or we simply had to close the curtains.
The grounds were maintained in a fashion and accessible throughout, there are several large pools a crazy golf course, children’s play area with club and tennis courts.
In the reception there are computers to rent plenty of comfortable seating and a vending machine for snacks however there is a well equipped supermarket on site as well as the rebound Tony Romas rib house.
The complex offers an upgrade to all inclusive for just 13 euros a day per person which is great value for three meals a day plus bar snacks and all you can drink.
This is a great place for a base and should be better once the renovation have been completed for 2013. The complex also as two excellent reps from Thomson and Thomas cook
