For the price it was fair. Good location, walking distance of beach, harbor, town, ferry, very easy and cheap to get there via public transport from the airport.

The apartment was a good size and over looked the pool with a nice patio area. However the beds had cheap thin mattresses. The shower head was broken, the bath had being repainted many time and the paint was peeling off the bath, making washing a uninviting experience. Plenty of hot water.

Two big clean treated salt water swimming pools, one deep, one varied depths, plus a kids pool and a couple of mini paddling pools dotted about. Pool and jacuzzi are all outside and not heated, so when it is 20oc outside the pool was too cold to hang out in but warm enough to swim in. Pools are open 10am to 7pm.

Breakfast was pleasant, fruits, English breakfast (not fab.), toasts, cakes, yogurt ect. Staff were helpful and kept the rooms clean.

Downside, very cross you have to pay 9 euros to use the scruffy tennis courts, 5 euros to use the small single sex saunas, 5 euros to use the small gym ect. Felt very mislead, I thought these services were inculded. Over all the resort was a little shabby in places and needed more attention to detail. Towels are on ration, changed every other day and they charge you extra for extra towels.

Although having paid for this as a late booking (2 days before flight) There is an standard that is acceptable at any price our apartment fell well below that, with mildew all around the bath/shower, water leaking from the hose connections in the wall, patio door so worn it became hard to open. The SC equipment very limited, and no kettle in room. If a TV was required a charge of 21e a week extra. Cleaning very poor if at all, and the beds just pull together.
The external walkways & Swimming pool area's are a trip hazard, with the grout being extensively non exsistant. But heyho good beaches & Sun.

We stayed here at the beginning of January 2012 and for the price paid it was everything that we needed. We were a groups of 3 friends and stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I slept on the sofa bed and was completely happy. The space in the apartment was great. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and we were more than impressed with 3 cleans and 2 linen/towel changes during the week. The staff were very helpful and the one maintenance issue we had was dealt with by the time i had walked back from reception and sat back on the sun lounger. The pools were clean and well attended although yes there are some tiles missing but its not the end of the world! We choose to come at a quiet time of year so not bothered with activities and entertainment and were very pleased with the location right in the centre of town. It was just what we needed to enjoy the island and the sunshine. Well worth every very few pennies i paid for this break, i'll come again.

Ended up here after being overbooked by Alpharooms. This resort is supposed to have 3 stars, but it's worse than the 2 sta one we had originally booked (Playa Park). The apartments are really old, furniture and doors damaged by damp and years, bathroom, toilet and tiles old and tacky. Our bedroom didn't get any sun and was damp & cold at night, we couldn't even leave any clothes in the wardrobe. There's only 1 sofa, quite unconfortable too. The cutlery in the kitchen was dirty.

Can't comment on food or outdoor activities as I only used the swimming pool to sunbathe (the water looked clean though, a few tiles missing).

Staff were attentive and helped with everything we needed, but wouldn't go back to this place unless they update the apartments.
