“Perfect for kids”

This is a great place for kids!
Our kids had a fantastic time there, which made it possible for us (parents) to relax and enjoy our holiday too.
Staff were friendly and nice, and - seen in the light of being a kid-friendly hotel - the facilities were super too.
If you're looking for a great honeymoon getaway you shouldn't choose this hotel, but if you're a family with kids below the age of 15 or sop, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great place for the whole family”

The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, spacious and have plenty of cutlery and crockery if you want to eat in.

We stayed all inclusive and although there is lots to choose from, I was not keen on the buffet style food (this is a personal choice as there was nothing wrong with it and the rest of the family liked it). The cocktails and sangria were not fantastic but the beer and wine was nice. The other drinks you could get were fine too. Do be careful though if you have children as not all the ice cream is free, even though the freezer for the free and the freezer for the payable ice creams are close to each other.

We went in October half term and it was lovely and quiet but not many english families, although enough for kids to make some friends.

The entertainment was excellent, even though it was the end of the season, there was no lack of enthusiasm. Same goes for rest of the staff in the hotel.

We did like all the activities that came free when staying at the hotel, for instance the 3 crazy golf courses, bikes, use of the gym's pool as the outside ones were too cold and they have a fantastic park with a small pool with little water slides in. All these things made it a little more interesting as the weather was warm but not really good enough to sit sunbathing in.

We would definately like to stay there again.

Room Tip: We were too close to the pub where the entertainment is held so it was noisy at night. Ask for a ro...

“True comment...”

My fiance and I stayed here Sept 11 (apologies for only leaving this comment now).
We are a young couple with no children and I must say it was one of our best holidays.

I will start from the beginning, the reception staff we fantastic, very helpful.
The rooms : Basic but spotless and very good sizes!
The pool area : again spotless, even saw staff cleaning lamposts and artifical trees!!!
The entertainment staff : Always smiling and dont pester you to join in with the activities.
The Restaurants : this is where it gets a little negative.
Firstly let me say if you go all inc you never get 5 * food as 9 times out of 10 they are buffets. So...

Breakfast : Fantastic! Cant fault it at all
Lunch : average, this it was left overs from night before, but always something for someone!
Evening : no so bad, loved the stir fry section - gutted i only found it on our last night!

So in a nutshell would i stay here again?? YES DEFINATELY

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel with my two children and husband on a Thomson holiday.
Due to it being the end of season the hotel was half empty which was lovely, the staff were fab, the food was great and not just the usual chips and chicken, different options everyday and quite healthy too.
The hotel guests were mainly Geman, and the evening entertainment by the hotel team
Was mainly geared up for german guests but we were not bothered by this as they repeated everything in English too.
Our Thomson reps were fab and our kids adored the kids club, the facilities were fabulous, they had everything you could imagine including a driving range, tennis, climbing wall, archery, volleyball, the list is endless! the pool choice was good with an outdoor covered pool, two outdoor uncovered and an indoor pool too.
We enjoyed our holiday here very much and would recommend it to any family, but would say go at the end of season as I can imagine it can be very over crowded in peak times.
