We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year old son for 8 nights from 16th September. It was definitely not worth its 4* rating. The hotel was geared towards Germans and there were plenty of them, most of whom smoked. Normally this would be fine, but the hotel allows smoking round the kids pool, and at dinner if we wanted to sit outside we were treated to air that was sometimes impossible to breathe in. Not nice.
The rooms were tidy but quite small, although the balcony was lovely and overlooked the sea. The bed, however, was appalling and as such we did not get one decent nights sleep.
Reception is on the lower ground floor which was odd, and as a result it made the place feel sterile.
We spent some time over at the kids club where the staff could not be faulted - although our son was too young to join in their activities the staff were great with him when they were round the pool and the evening entertainment for the kids was also very good. On the downside we were treated to a live porn show (yes you read that correctly!) by (yes you guessed correctly!) 2 Germans staying at the hotel, in the kids pool, which really can only be described at x-rated. My partner complained and the staff just laughed.
The buffet food was ok, if a little boring, but the optional Spanish and Japanese nights were very good.
Overall we would not stay here again, it wasn't really family orientated and although there was a great kids club, it was at the other Blau hotel so we had a fair walk to reach it.
Tip - if you stay in Sa Coma it is really touristy but there are some lovely local beaches which we ended up driving to to get away from it all. These were cleaner, more civilised and beautiful too.

We stayed there for 10 days during the beginning of September. We requested and paid for a room with a sea view but instead recieved one on the first floor with mostly trees and hedges . A trip to the front desk got us a room with a better view but we had to wait three days for it. Other than that the stay was ok. They have a nice spa and the pool area is good also. The hotel is situated in front of a nice sandy beach and the sea is clear with little grass and no rocks.

The plus of the hotel are:
1) The beach in front is nice;
2) The hotel is clean and german organized;
3) If you have a baby it is good cause every path is child friendly.

The cons:
1) Sa Coma is a rather mass turism area and the building around are quite ugly; better use it to discover the surroundings;
2) The hotel restaurant is repetetive, except for the Bolzano snack that is on charge.

Stayed here for a week's break in April. We asked for a room that was high up and got one on the 5th floor with a good view over the bay (I think most rooms will benefit from a similar view due to the design of the hotel). the room was smartly decorated and clean. The hotel is well situated in front odf the sandy beach. The hotel was not overly busy and we had mno problem finding sunbeds by the pool or a table at dinner. Food was very good and plentiful and the waiting staff were polite and efficient. We really enjoyed the spa and indoor pool which was quiet and a great way to relax at the end of the day. The resort itself is not particularly big but there are a few cafes and bars a short walk from the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery.
