As the title says, it was perfectly average. there is not kettle, toaster or oven in the apartments, though the kettle & toaster are for rent from reception.Our room was overlooking the street as opposed to the pool, so the pubs music keeps going till 1am, while the drunk revellers make noise till about 3am, so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, which worked ok for me...
The OLAS restaurant just around the corner is top class compaired to everything else close by. We did not receive breakfast voucher, but we did not miss much by all accounts.
However, it can be expensive to get your breakfast elsewhere as coffee/toast etc is all extra!, so maybe its the best going for only €6.

went 2 the el lago in july. we only decided 2 go there because we were promised kids club by panorama. however, throughout our holiday we did not see any kids club. when we appriached the rep, we were infrmed that the description was based on last year- not much good to us!!
also, entertainment was advertised for this hotel- day time and evening programme-this entertainmet consisted of a parrot show and half naked dancers(suitable perhaps for the males holidaying but not the children!!!!)
in the pool area, there was no life guard on duty. this wasn't very safe as there was so many children staying at the place.
this was in a great location!in the town but still quiet. really near the gorgeous beach which was handy!!
enjoyed the holiday. apartments were nice. very clean-cleaner came 5 times per week.
