I honestly don't no why people moan about these apartments. The service was fantastic could not fault them. Always entertainment on in the hotel, and as for people saying that it's to far from anywhere is a load of rubbish. There's a short cut aswell to the strip where the restaurants are , it only takes 5 mins to get to the strip. The room was a good size and we were rite at the end which suited us perfect. The cheapest supermarket is go left outside the hotel carry on down the road then 1st left again.
I was really nervous when booked these apartments due to the reviews, all I can say is load of RUBBISH, I would of actually paid more to stay there pool was brilliant and staff really friendly.
Will return again.

I flew out on the 15th of sept havin readin the reviews on this I was dreadin the holiday. When we got to the hotel the hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms were so clean and plenty of room. The food was gd aswell. The kids rep amanda was great with the kids and also gd wi the adults. The Thompson rep was also great she was there if u needed her also solved any problems u had and told u's lots about the resort. The bar staff were also great even with the kids. Maids also were gd n if we needed clean towels they would give u more. One of the best hotel's I have been too. Would't go bck to alcudia though as was't much 2 do.

After reading some of the reviews on here i was a bit worried but i got to say this is 1 of the best hotels i av ever stayed in, the staff are amazing.
We stayed in room 108 this was perfect about 10 steps to the pool and the same to the bar area.
Amanda the entertainer was great. Who ever reckons the beach is a longer than 10 minute walk must be a snail, my 22 mth was walking and this took us 10/15 minutes at the most.
Will def be going back in the near future.
The food was exellent in the hotel too.
