This excellent hotel in puerto Alcudia is one we have went on holiday for the last 8 years . We find the hotel just what we wanted ,the buffet style meals are excellent you can eat as much as you can eat & the choices was fabulous .The staff are the best , cleanines, reception but the( bar staff are just great & good fun . ) rooms r cleaned every day with clean towels, Entertainment is just what u get on holiday dut good fun. swimming pool is well maintained & clean , beech & shops just a short walk . the old town of Alcudia is a nice walk to the market & is great fun. their is lots to do & see. the hotel has entertainment for the kids , we are going again next year . the hotel was excellent the cleanines of the hotel was superb the buffet style meals were really good u could have as much as u wanted the choices was fab as u colud have fish, meat and salads the breakfasts was buffet style as well the rooms was cleaned every day with clean towels each day the balconey view was ok the entertainment was average the staff was friendly the air conditioning worked well it was very airy throught the hotel the hotel was not too far from the beech and the shops the swimming pool was good the bar was average priced for drinks would be happy to stay in this hotel again

Hotel stoped in 80's, Dining room and rooms needs renovation.Staff on reception was unhelpful.On arrival (midnight) nobody offer any drinks or food,when i asked,receptionist didn't understood me.I was happy,then we was just half board there,becouse food wasn't fresh.Jacket potatoe and pasta was discusting.Even watermelon taste horrible.Choice of food was very good ,but so what if most things was uneatable.Fresh rolls every morning,so grab a roll and butter.It was my breakfast.They recycling food from days before.I didn't try eggs,but my husband said they are not good.Hotel was clean.The best was location,just 5 min.walk to lovely beach. 6 euro deposit for remonte control.

The hotel is old but has been renovated. It is well placed for the attractive port and is 15 minutes walk from the walled town of Alcudia. The meals are excellent, varied and one can eat as much or as little as you like. The staff are willing and friendly. The rooms are clean and all appear to have balconies; although some face the street so ask for a pool facing room. The drinks in the bar are reasonably priced. The evening entertainment when we stayed there appeared to be targetted at an older audience. Altogether a relaxed and pleasant stay. The pool was well maintained and clean. Chilren were staying there with their families and appeared welcome by the staff.
