We arrived on the 21St of October 2011 we thought everything was fine the only disappointing thing was the 5 minute walk from our apartment to the onsite restaurants but we found there was only one open at this time of year. there was a cafe but being on a all inclusive board we were surprised that you had to pay. on the last few days my granddaughter said she had spotted a rat near the lake, but we thought she was just seeing things until the last night when we saw a rat running to the restaurant it was a good job this was our last meal there because this put us off the food there. we have decided NEVER AGAIN.

this has had to be the worse place we have ever been the reason i write this is we checking for this years hoilday and this kip keeps coming up it is so dirty full with ants and no air con the staff are so busy they cant help we used 3 bolltles of ant spray in 10 days we have a special needs child who had to shower by the pool because he was afraid of the bathroom there was that many anys in it dont go to this kip you wish you had of listen to me see photos and viedo this is no place to stay we kids you never no what illness they get with the dirt and bins collected at all hrs of the morning

Stayed here April last year with my 6 year old and my 71 year old mum on a self-catering basis. Had read previous reviews but always think you should go with an open mind. Reception on check in very busy, have to queue separately for room safe. Reception staff very helpful especially when I'd picked up the wrong suitcase at the airport. We stayed in Leda II wasn't too far. Problem with the electrics meant boiling a kettle and using one cooking ring fused the electrics which became a real pain. Pools freezing but that didn't seem to bother the kids. Fellow guests a bit rude, and that's the Brits. Can't comment on the entertainment or the food, the little cafe on site was good tho. Location is good with loads of shops nearby, Spar etc, fab beach 10 min or so. Downside was being woken up around 3am, sometimes 5am by people returning from clubs shouting their heads off but I guess you get that most places within walking distance of bars etc. Room not cleaned on couple of occasions but once complained this was sorted. Would we return - to area yes but not to Bellevue

me and my boyfriend stayed here in sep 2011 , we were dreading it after reading the bad reviews and considered canceling the holiday but we're glad we didnt, After being delayed at the airport we didn't arrive till 4am but the office was open and staff there to welcome us with a minibus put on with security to take us round the complex to our appartment, the room was bigger than we expected and clean and comfortable, The lake that runs round the complex didn't smell it was cleaned every day and so were the paths and gardens, sometimes the dining area was a bit of a bun fight but we always got a table and plenty of hot food, the staff were polite and helpful at all times and the rooms cleaned and towels changed regularly, the appartment minerva 1 was situated within a 3 min walk onto the main strip and a 10 min walk to the beautiful beach with plenty of resturants and bars and english bars for those who don't go all inclusive, if we were to visit agin we would probable go self catering as the food outside the property was quite reasonably priced, So dunt judge untill youv'e been yourself !!!!
