After reading the reviews I was a bit iffy about the hotel,but on arriving i was extremely pleased.I had sent an e-mail requesting a pool view and was lucky to have one on the seventh floor.Could see the harbour and the coastline for miles.Fabulous.I had no problems with the food.Okay,a lot of pork but there was a variety of food available which was topped up repeatedly so it was always hot.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.Okay, the entertainment wasnt brilliant every night but so what.!Lots of fabulous walks. I think some people like moaning.Surely its common sense to have a safe. My partner and I paid less than £1000 for two weeks all inclusive. Great value for money.would certainly go back again

went to this hotel on 8/8/11 with my wife and 17 year old son we had mixed feelings due to reviews we had read on this site on arrival had a easy check in and was given a room on the 7th floor facing the pool with terrific views..the food was good and always plenty to chose from cant understand why people moan about this hotel ....the entertainment was the only let down not to good could be better,,,,the staff really work hard here to keep the place going smoothly... all in all we had agreat holiday and hope to return soon

We booked the Hotel Condes De Alcudia with Low cost holidays, was a little concerned but need,nt have been. Flight with Ryanair was spot on!. This hotel is fantastic value for money, please ignore all the moaners! the food was fab dont understand why people moan, always hot plenty of variety breakfast was great proper sausages! rooms are basic but more than adequate. Perfect location near beach shops bars etc. All the staff are friendly. The brits certainly love this hotel, go all inclusive though the prices of drink and food are still on the rise in Spain. All in all a fantastic holiday and Alcudia is a beautiful place, the beach is spotless, We would definately return, and back to this hotel without looking anywhere else! well done Low cost holidays :))

we have been to the condes 4 times, each time at the beginning of oct me and my partner always have a relaxing time.
ok the lifts are small but we never had to wait long for it, the beach is nearby and what a lovely beach it is.
one thing i can say is the food this year was not as good as every other year to much pork and dont have the chicken stew full of bones.
as for the staff they work very hard and are always polite.
We have never had anything stolen from our room but we always have a safe.
a good holiday we shall go back again next year for our weeks break,
