Me and my girlfriend went here in 2009 and I just have to say wow. We were so pleased with the hotel, the staff, the amazing breakfest buffet and the gardens and animals around the hotel. It is not full and overcrowded even though we were there in the high season.

At the breakfest buffe there tended to be quite alof of people but we always managed to get a seas without a problem. We are only sorry that we didnt include supper in the package at it looked very cosy.

We never went to the hotel pool as the beach was close by. It's a nice sandy beach but you cant swim to faar until you hit alot of sea weed. We rented bikes and went on a 15 minute trip to the east, the beaches were alot nicer there, we could spend all day out by the beaches.

We would defenetley go back to the hotel. But the town itself was sooo dreary, nothing to do really and eating out was quite expensive and the food was never really any good.

In conclusion. If you want a holiday where you just lay about on the beach and want a cheap nice hotel. I'd defenetley recommend this place!

I was there for one week with my mother and we liked it. Very close to the beach, shopping and the busstop to Palma and Inca. But not TOO close =)
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, witch was included, was good. Alot to choose from!
The pool was big and it seemed nice, but it was always full so I don't really know.
We sat in the garden our last day and it was really cosy =)
They also had entertainment in the bar/garden every night, but we was never there.

The only thing that we didn't like was that you have to rent your mini-bar, for 30EUR per week!? And it comes empty.

But we had a nice stay there and would stay there again if we ever go to Alcúdia again. I liked the beach, but the town is really boring, and no good food.

Go to Plama, much more fun! =)

This hotel is very nice. Has beutiful garden with tropical birds. The staff are very friendly. Dinner and breakfats are excellent - big choice. The room was clean. Everything was great.

Well where to start, ok staff!!! friendly NOPE only the `check in` guy was nice and this was at 3.am, well done that man, rest of staff had no interest in making you feel welcome or comfortable? and a real creepy waiter!!
Food was awful, like your school days only worse! and mainly catered for other nationalities, 80% no 90% them 10% us. apparantly being rated as as four star next year WHY???. But on the plus side, rooms were very clean and well presented and had aircon as standard, which was nice! the Hotel generally is very nice in presentation and decor, and HUGE with nice gardens homing some exocitc birds, which were let out to perch in the open, a friendly African Grey parrott near the outdoor bar area, and lots of nice retreats to sit out of the sun to cool off or read and chill.
Entertainment was well thought out and had a good variety with acrobats and dancers, woman impersonators etc.
Must say overall the Hotel was nice, but is VERY biased towards the Germans and food also, only ate there twice to give them the benefit, wot a mistake, so we were off too St. Peppers over the road who were very good and served a nice brekkie, with a proper mug of tea, well done to Dave and his team.
Would'nt go back unless it was really cheap last deal etc.

oh and to add, you could`nt extend your room at the end of your stay, they said it was not possible?? never heard of that before, after checking out at 12.00 you spend the day doing whatever, getting all hot and sweaty, then to be told you can use the showers by the pool which they called a `courtesy room` yeah right, gym shower room more like, mixed too, had to wait for it, and who want to share with some one you don`t know, espcially if you have got kids!! feel for the parents having to prepare their children for the long journey home, in those conditions. maybe they should keep a couple of rooms reserved for this!!! wouldn't be hard, but then again that cost`s money, and surely they they seem to put that over the hotels guest`s comfort.
