We just got back from this hotel - myself, my husband and our 9 yr old son. The hotel is unbelievably luxurious, clean and beautiful. The staff are so friendly and the breakfasts are amazing (everything from champagne and smoked salmon to the usual things). It's a great place for families or couples but it was not overcrowded. Always sun beds and room at the pool bar for lunch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It looks like an African colonial lodge. The rooms are impeccable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the pool that was so pretty at night. Only 20 mins from the airport and about 5 mins from Puerto Portals - an outrageously rich Marina. If you like huge yatchs and people watching, this is the place. Altogether a perfect break for all of us.

This is one of the worst "luxury" hotel experiences I´ve ever had, and I travel frequently all year for business. Me and my colleague had to stay at this hotel because everything else in Palma was filled due to high-season.

The two good things I can say about Lindner was the breakfast, but even that was a bit irritating, because they first started at 07:00...and usually most hotels offers some sort of breakfast from 06:00-06:30. The rooms were quite big and ok in standard.

Also, being on the road for half the year, you want to be able to do workouts. On their webpage it states that they have a fitness center, but it was obviously a reason why I could not find any pictures of their gym. When I came there I realized why; the room was tiny and it was litterarly no equipment. A treadmill, exercise bike and a step-machine.

The worst part was their outrageous charge of internet. 39 euros for a day. And, one of the days/ nights when I desperately needed internet - they could not sell it to me. "Sorry, we are out of internet." What? "Yes, all our codes are sold, perhaps we can have something tomorrow." This is the most stupid thing I´ve ever heard. When you are out of such a commodity as internet codes - you give it away for free. No more internet? You must be kidding me.

I would not recommend Lidtner to anyone who are in Palma for business.

Beautiful building with beautiful rooms in beautiful environment. Excellent hotel for pleasure and business.

i see theres not been a review for a while so hear we go, its a cracking hotel ,def 4 star alittle quiet and very german but staff, rooms ,breakfast ,pool are perfect ,only negatives are location to the port 6 euros not walkable ,and the price cheapest room 170 per night .but you buy your neighbors
