“An excellent Holiday”

I was a little afraid of what I am going to find in this hotel. I was pleased, and had a great time. The rooms are very nice, I might say more then you pay for. The services were excellent, the all inclusive service was great. The meal was very various, very good and a lot of tipes to choose. You could find a lot of exotic food, as well as tradicional spanish food, european food aso. The animation at the pool was great. 4 young people do their best to entertain us and expecially the kids. Each evening they tried to entertain children as well as adults. The evening programs werent each night at high quality, but obvious were more then we paid for. I can only congratulate the manager of the Hotel for the way he administrate this place. I felt great ! The personal ( except those who gathered the beds at the pool ,who were rude and unpolite) was really helpful, nice, doing everyrhing for you to feel well. They had a bus that bruoght you to the seashore every 20 min. There were 2 city buses that could take you to other 2 resorts...for visit. 102-Palma de Majorca, 104. The price of a ticket is 1.5 Euro. Palma de Mallorca is something you cannot miss. It is a dream! Well hope I was helpful, if you want something not expensive but good ,you should choose Hootel Club Europa

“good location, decent food and nice atmosphere”

My girlfriend and i enjoyed a one week stay in club europa. It is a large complex with small apartments rather than a traditional hotel room. Our apartment was a great size, it included a large bedroom, clean bathroom and comfortable lounge/diner and kitchen area, which lead onto the balcony. Rooms were cleaned everyday except wednesday.

We were full board at the hotel and so had breakfast and dinner included. The food was quite good, although a buffet is never going to be five star, but breakfast included cured meats, cheeses and salads, as well as toast and preserves, cereals and a different range of cooked meats.
Dinner was good with an ever changing menu, there was always something I enjoyed and there was a selection of fruits and other desserts. There was also the option to pay €2.50 to have unlimited alcoholic or soft drinks with dinner. (water was the only inclusive drink) However if you would like to enjoy a couple glasses of wine/lager €2.50 is not much.

There are three pools at the hotel, one large, one medium and one small sized pool. The large and medium ones had bars, i'm not sure about the smaller one. They were very clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. However we didn't spend much time in the pools as the beaches in Mallorca are amazing!

You can get to the beach via the free shuttle bus from the hotel which starts at 10 or you can walk straight down the highstreet of Paguera. This takes about 30 mins to walk to the beach, but there are plenty of shops to see on the way and when the weather is that nice who cares?

The hotel offers a car rental from a local business which actually turned out to be one of the best deals we found. It was 105 euros for a seat ibiza for 3 days, fully comp insurance with no excess in case of an accident and no limited mileage. I really advise getting a car as it was amazing to drive the whole western coast of the island, up through the mountains and onto the most northern tip of the island called fortamentor.

“Holiday from hell”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 June 2009

Went there in July 2003 to celebrate passing our A Levels. OK it was really cheap(320 euros a week full board )but the place was a total dump. I was with 2 friends and we booked a triple room. My bed was in fact a very old chair that you unfold. I had terrible back pains the whole time. Our room was on ground level so was constantly infested with ants and sometimes roaches. The bathroom was dirty and the maids never cleaned the room. The food was so bad I got food poisonning. One day the staff at the restaurant refused to give us water(a bottle of water per head was included at each meal) so we had to complain to the reception for 30 mins to finally have this [----] bottle of water we paid for. The pools are not maintained, one day there was no water in the whole resort so everyone would use the 3 pools as showers, all kinds of stuff were floating, you had the feeling of being in a really dodgy US Motel. We dont have kids but we ventured in the kids area and it was absolutely deplorable. The swings were old and not suitable at all for children, metal bars were sticking out of the sand, it was purely a disgrace and a serious health and saftey hazard. The village of Peguera is crap, there is nothing to do apart those bars to get pissed all day and those tacky tourist shops where everything is written in German.
Nothing was good about this place and I definitely would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

“average spanish hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2007

a typical spanish hotel, usual entertainment throughout the day if you want to join in but theres no pressure if you don't. Food OK but a bit repetitive, the only downfall was not enough staff in restaurant to clean tables you often had to do your own before you could eat (not the staff's fault the few there worked very hard) the hotel has BB HB and AI clients so it gets confusing at dinner often have to queue to get out as some guests have to pay for drinks they should stick to one board option. All inclusive bar is help yourself and not all drinks are available on AI option. Pizza restaurant is also not included in AI board. The hotel is quite a way from the main town and the beach and does not really cater for the english although this did not bother us as we don't go for pie and chips etc, but be prepared to be a 1% minority amongst many different nationalities.
