Just got back from relaxed few days, mostly German holiday makers at this resort, excellent value as i stayed all inclusive, always something on menu to choose from, breakfasts cereal,fruit,pastries toast egg bacon sausage, tea coffee juices bucks fizz. Lunch pasta soup salad meat fish cakes loads of desserts fruit wines beers, dinner same. . Bar cocktails generous spirits beers soft drinks coffee tea machine nice cake in afternoon. Nice room, staff do speak English aswell as German, very friendly and helpful. Limited entertainment, shows two three times a week,

What was good:
1. The hotel is located in a quiet place, but at the same time 2 min walk to the bulevar Paguera and 2 min to the sea
2. Good rooms (same as on hotel pictures), fine service, dinner was every day different. Breakfast was always the same, but many varietes and very tasty.

What wasbad:
1. no refrigirator/mini bar even for money
2. very noicy entertainment prorgram early in the morning and in the evening till 12 am at night
3. this hotel is for Germains: all staff speaks only Spanish and Germain and only little English

If you are not German i would suggest you staying in another city. Choose this hotel if you want good 4* service and don't have extra money at the moment.

OK, this hotel caters only to German speaking people and I think it works only with German travel companies. I am not complaining since I was traveling from Germany, but beware - not a single non-German guest and a some staff does not speak any English.

Nice location, relatively close to the beach - takes no more than 5 minutes walking. Food was barely OK, always the same stuff for breakfast (not so much choice), and almost the same dishes for dinner. I also did not like paying for water at dinner, but it seems to be a common practice on Majorca. Good choice of desert, but almost no fruits, and some were getting rotten.

Rooms were nice and clean, but my place was rather small. Also, we ordered a two-room appartment, but the door between the rooms would not completely close, leaving no privacy to anybody (I traveled with my wife, 2-year old son, and my mother). The beds were really horrible - very short and with really bad mattresses. I had a backache every morning and was waking up every 30 minutes during the night.

I guess the beds is my biggest problem with that place, I could really be fine with everything else. Do not count much on the playground there, it is really there just to say they have it, but there a number of playgrounds in the town.

Paguer itself is very nice, with very good beaches. Overall, this is definitely not a four star hotel, but if they change their beds - they deserve a solid 3+ rating.
