We booked this acommodation months in advance but were disappointed to be given a ground floor room that was in bad state of repair. The old, wooden patio doors would not lock and the handle of a broom was used to secure the door! The balcony was heavily shaded by trees and looked out onto the back of a nearby restaurant. There was also a terrible smell of drains coming from the area at the back of the kitchen. As soon as we complained a room was made available 2 days later. The staff appeared to know that there was a problem with this apartment. The staff are friendly and generally helpful. Entertainment is basic but keeps the children busy: mini club, water polo, table tennis, pool etc. Maid sevice every other day.Still issue with 'drains' in other apartment too. Although other apartment was lovely the whole apartments need modernising- especially security. Limited sunbeds although good that the pool opens at 9 am each day,
