We stayed here in Sept 2010, was listed as a 4star on the holiday site we used but really was not, there is only 3 stars above the entrance!! And it will NEVER realise a fourth ! The rooms are like a glorified Travel Lodge but with a mini fridge in them, and thats the Superior rooms.
The breakfast was always cold and the bacon undercooked, there was always veal for lunch, which would be recycled the next day as veal stew or something similar, and there are chips with every meal. By the end of our week we were eating out. The choice of food for kids was nil.
The good bits: going all inclusive was great for the drinks but not too much else, and it also meant all inclusive LIGHT, which means the bar was only open when the restaurant was closed, there was no snacks available at all, we wouldnt recommend this hotel for any one with kids.
Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rest of the hotel was always clean, if a little shabby, and the lifts were great if you like heart attacks !
The pool was clean but very cold ! and on our last day there, the hot water ran out in the whole of the hotel, and we had to find out this at the reception for this little detail with no idea of when it would be going again, so we left for the airport smelling of pure deodorant, perfume and aftershave !
All in all not a bad place to stay, but not worth the money we paid for the all inclusive, if you do go, just pay for the room and eat and drink out, and the entertainment was a guy on an electric keyboard who made up the words to any song he sung, be it Elvis Presley or Phil Colins lol.
And one last bit of advice, you have to go to The Stadium Karaoke bar in the town on the beach side, the music is great and the two barman are hilarious !!!! it definately worth a night out !

Any one writing a bad review about this hotel simply expects far too mutch out of a 3* hotel. myself and my girlfriend jus got back from this hotel and neither of (hardly) has a bad word to say about it.
Im not going to say the food was amazing because that would be a lie but it was more than acceptable as there was a decent variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned every day along with fresh towels.
the entertainment was similar most nights but being a young couple, Palma nova was just a 3-4 minute walk away, with alot of different bars to choose from.
all in all an enjoyable holiday.

the only unsavory thing that happend was that 1 day our suitecase with our money in was unlocked when we got back from the shops, But no money was taken and i feel its the responsibility of the holiday maker to look after their belongings. (jus be clever about where you leave your money.

like i said if your not a snob, this hotel is good.

We have stayed at the Voronova for the last 2 years now & are returning in 2 weeks. Never had a problem with staff or the hotel in general.
Food is quite basic but always edible, I must stress we stay out of season so during peak times things may be different.
I`d recommend this hotel to anyone!

After reading some of the reviews i wasn't looking forward to staying here , but all in all i must admit it wasn't bad at all. We stayed half board and at check in were informed we could choose between breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner which was a good idea and not too tying. The staff were all very pleasant, the rooms were cleaned daily then checked by a supervisor which you dont see very often, and the meals were bareable, plenty of choice and something for everyone although i think people with children may have struggled to please them. The hotel was practically full of spanish guests which certainly didn't bother us and we never felt out of place. What we did notice was that there were still sun loungers available at 8-9 am so reckoned that its us Brits and the Germans that get up between 4-5 am to put towels out not the spanish. It wasn't luxury accomodation but we weren't expecting it so all in all if you want a decent base, with most of your neccessities (could have done with a fridge, and the air con wasn't fantastic, something to do with the extreme heat ) then this would be ideal for you.
