Without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and rudest manager I've ever met please do not stay here spend more and have a good time

Awful - Avoid at all costs!
Noisy, full of noisy people at early hours.
Room stank of urine.
Bed resembled prison cell bed
Room resembled a basement created by an Austrian Architecht by the name of Fritzel!

18 of us turned up in mini bus and it had been shut down! Never mind we were upgraded to 4 star hotel for free. Best bargain ever!

Me and my girlfriend are both 18 years old and stayed for 4 nights at Voranova in late October. I was originally worried when i saw some of the reviews but when we arrived it was perfect! The sun shined everyday and the location is spot on!!!. The inclusive 'light' is no different to normal all inclusive the only difference is the bar is shut when the restaurant is open but all you have to do is walk next door to get a drink, so its basically open 11am - 11pm everyday (and there is a vast variety of drinks on offer) We met some nice people there and all made us feel welcome. Palmanova itself is wonderful, it has everything you need for a holiday and it is extremely clean and well kept. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would travel back to Voranova again, and people with bad reviews must think there hotel experts or something because you have to be pretty sad to sit there out look out for bad things and to say things like 'it was awful because the teenagers around the pool were very loud' big deal its a holiday what do you expect! But i recommend to all ages as it will suit all your needs.
