We stayed 3 nights and the hotel was wonderful overall. Cons: No car parking. No sea view rooms - they call it 'lateral sea-view' - lean out and you may see it - very amusing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pros: Breakfast is wonderful, amazing coffee, Cava, and you get a gorgeous view on the terrace. The hotel is huge and located in a great spot, very authentic Spanish hotel - lovely, the pool was wonderful, not too cold, good size, and easy getting a deckchair any time, nice garden, PADI diving, great private beach with as many towels as you need, and a terrific external restaurant next door on the beach - superb fish and amazing value. Lots of golfers seem to stay there. Big modern spa - indoor pool, lots of different spa rooms, sauna, a salt smelling room was interesting, steam, and all free to guest. We would stay there again if the beds were improved - this was really our only gripe. Otherwise it was superb.

Excellent spa and gym facilities, very good access to the outdoor pool and the beach, very quiet location. Forget about everything else. The rooms are disgraceful.

We only stayed for three nights and loved it! All the staff were all really friendly and accomodating. The spa was lovely, three different steam rooms, sauna, special effect showers, jacuzi and indoor pool and all free to hotel guests. I had a massage on the first night which was tailored to my needs and didn't have to conform to what was offered in the brochure (massage and beauty treaments are extra but there are a good range from inexpensive to luxury). Some say the hotel decor is dated but I think this adds to it's charm, the communal areas are jam packed with beautiful furniture which sadly is hardly ever used but it looks amazing. Location was perfect it was only about twenty minutes transfer from the airport which was ideal for us as we were only staying a few nights. There is a lovely small beach with a jetty at the rear of the hotel as well as an outdoor pool (towels and sun beds provided). The main resort Palma Nova is a five minute walk away through a clearly sign posted side exit in the hotel. Rooms were just as you'd expect. We will definately be going back in the Spring for another short break.....can't wait!
The only slight negatives I would mention if I had to think of any, would be that the indoor pool could have been a bit warmer, and I would have liked to have been able to access the safe in the room without having to pay a deposit in order to get a key to activate it. The view from our room was not great but we hardly spent any time in the room anyway except to sleep.

Rooms are ok but nothing great. The sound insulation between bedrooms was very poor.
Ac was effective and quiet.
The breakfast is great. You can even have a glass of Cava if you want :) The view from the breakfast terrace is stunning.
The hotel has beachtowel service, so you dont have to bring your own.
The garden and poolarea is beautiful. Dogs barking nearby is disturbing.
The staff is serviceminded and polite.The facilities are tasteful and clean.
Moste guests are adults. Would not recomand this hotel for families with young children.
