Me and my partner stayed here for a week in September 2011 and had a great time. Having never stayed in an all inclusive I was not expecting the food to be very good specially as its only three stars and by going on some of the comments here was not expecting this. Although I really cannot see what there was to complain about, even my partner who is extremely fussy found something to eat every night. Although this was helped by the fact there is a fresh salad bar at every meal so you really can't go wrong with that if you don't like any of the cooked food.. All I can think is that people are expecting 5 star quality for 3 star price. Our room was perfectly clean again nothing that you wouldn't expect from a three star resort. I would say the hotels could use a bit of a make over as they do look a bit dated with the interior design. The activities were fun and had a good laugh with the organizers and other guests that turned up to them. Overall for the money can't complain about anything and had a great time.

Got to the hotel thinking it was 4 star. It is if you pay for everything when you get there. The food is good lots of choise. Good for a family holiday. Excellent location. Dont like pastic cups for drinks. Nothing in the room tea coffee and bathroom shabby. But you get what you pay for. Town is close and cheap drinks. Rooms are clean and a excellent view. Transport from airport over 2 Hours both ways last to drop off first to pick up.

me and my husband went to this hotel in september 2011. must admit transfer from airport was long but met another couple on coach and was chatting so not so bad lets face it , its allpart of holiday.there are three hotels all quite close you check in at the chihuaha the woman on reception was very rude and shouldnt really have a job like that but the rest of the staff were brilliant.we stayed in the balmoral hotel the couple we met on the coach syayed in the mastines they had sea views unfortunatly we did not but the view wasnt too bad.they had no entertainmet in there hotel we did which was very good, so you cant have it both ways . for what we paid we got good value for money food was very good always plenty of it.the beaches and views around the hotal were brilliant it was worth the 2 hour transfere just for them all in all we had avery good holiday and would recommend this hotel to couples or families

Myself and my husband booked this hotel for a 5 night stay , thank god it was only 5 nights as I dont think we would of coped much longer . On arrival at the hotel we found the reception staff to be rude and not very helpful . Once we got to our room we found the room door in a terrible state it looked like someone had used a crow bar to force it open which made us very wary about the security of the hotel . Once in side the room it was very very basic . Bathroom had mould around the taps and ingrained scum on bathroom titles . Bedding was not changed on a daily base . The hotel stair carpet was in a horrible state had holes in it which to me is very dangerous as you could easily get your foot trapped in it and fall down the stairs . The pool area looked Like it needed a good clean and new future the umbrellas needed replacing as there were holes in them . The wall which was around the cliff was very loose and a brezee block was missing and very dangerous if u lent on it would clearly come away . We went all incluesive what a BIG mistake break fast was the only meal we looked forward to a good selection of food to have . Lunch was terrible as was dinner times not much to choose from I'm not a fussy eater but I found I became on whilst staying at this hotel . What there was to choose from was horrible and tasteless . The evening enterment was terrible only good thing about the ennterment was the magician show which we enjoyed . I would not rate this hotel as a 3 star we don't know how it as kept it's 3 star I would give I a 1 star which there lucky to get that from us . We would not stay at this hotel again and would advise no one else does as your holiday will be ruined
