i returned from my holiday in magaluf on 5/10/2011 i stayed there for a week with a friend. had no problems at all, the room was perfect for us and the view was amazing. great location 5 minute walk to the strip and if u cant hack the hill then get a taxi! the room was cleaned daily with clean towels everyday aswell. great atmosphere and met some great friends there too. the lads in reception frank and sebastian are lovley even wanting to come out clubbing with us, they was also very helpfull when my friend broke her ankle whilst on holiday called us a taxi and helped us out alot. all in all fantastic holiday.. DONT COMPLAIN thats what will ruin ure holiday if ure picky and u search for faults u wont have a good stay anywhere!

I would just like to say that i have just come back from staying here for a three night stay and had no problems at all.The staff were so pleasant and they sorted anything out if you needed help. The rooms were very clean and tidy and kept clean every day with clean towels everyday. The sea view was fantastic and the bar at the pool side was good, could do with some new sunbeds as some were a little bit worn, it was still busy for this time of year, so there were enough sunbeds for us, but i can imagine its gets more packed in the summer itself, but me and my four mates had no problems at all. The pool was ok, big enough to cool of in, the bar staff were always happy to help and friendly. The room itself was good enough for us,me and my mate had plenty of room to put our cases and clothes, kitchen was clean and ok size, not that we used it though. The staff were great even when you polled up at 5am, they still managed to ask if you were ok and if you enjoyed you night.

Just arrived back last Monday 26th September having spent 3 nights here. There were 8 of us as part of a stag do. I must admit I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews on this site but fortunately the hotel was nowhere near as bad as I was anticipating.
Staff:
Always friendly even when we were rolling in at 4am. The lads behind the pool bar always had a smile- though in fairness we were probably their best customers
Food:
Never ate at the pool so I can't comment. The beer though was 2.75 Euro's a pint
Room:
I've stayed in better- but in fairness if you want to go to Magaluf to sit in your room, this probably isn't the place to stay. I have also heard rumours about things going missing from rooms, but to blame this on the staff is unfair and without foundation- Neither I nor my friends had anything taken from our rooms- and they were left unattended for almost all the 3 days. The showers were great, loads of hot water and as stated great views. Never went into the kitchen so can't comment about it.
Hotel:
It's located at the top cardiac hill with a well stocked store across the road. It's only about 100 yards or so from the strip. There are plenty of places to eat around there but I have to say if you want good cuisine Magaluf probably isn't the place to go. I didn't see any prostitutes near the hotel.
Pool:
Small but functional, probably gets very busy peak periods, but plenty of beds for us this time of year.
The town:
I've taken a week off work- and I need it!! fantastic choice of bars and cheap beer, everything you're parents warned you about is true, I thoroughly recommend it.
In summary:
Fantastic place for stays up to a week- I wouldn't spend my main holiday here, but for short trips with your friends it's excellent value for money.

I have just stayed here for 4 days with my friend. Were 2 girls who decided to go for a long weekend away to party. This hotel is brilliant for just that. We payed £30 for 3 nights and it was worth every pennie. It was basic but we payed £30. It was clean when we arrived and the cleaners came every day. The pool was small but we could see that on the pics before we came it had a very good, lively fun, atmosphere. All staff were very friendly. I dont know how anyone can complain like I have read on other reviews you know its not gonna be the ritz when your paying £30 and you going to magaluf! If I was the return to magaluf would def stay here again.All rooms are sea view and the view is amazing! It is at the top of a steep hill (this is why the views are brilliant) that we called Cardiac Hill but that got easier to climb up the more we drank! If your not fit enough to walk up a hill your not fit enough to go to Magaluf! Enough said.
