the hotel was great. it was clean, the staff were nice, and it is ideally located whether you want to go to clubs, pubs, restuarants, the beach, or just nice tourist spots.
the only problem is the pool area is shaded alot of the day. just to do with location and buildings around it. the beach isn't far to walk though, just across the road there is a set of steps that bring you down. but on the beach you have to pay for a sun lounger.
the beach had loads to do though - banana boating, paragliding, jet skiing, etc etc. and the sea and sand are very clean. just meant we didnt get our lunch at the hotel everyday as part of the all inclusive cos we were at the beach. but that didnt matter really.
VEGETARIANS - I'm a vegetarian and I hate mushrooms which most vegetarian meals seem to consist of. This hotel however was brilliant for vegetarians!!! I have been to Majorca, Ibiza, Gran Canaria numerous times over the past 10 years and this was the first all inclusive I've ever seen that had a vegetarian section. I was so impressed. And not the usual boring stir fry that vegetarians always get. Really nice little pies, tarts, potato meals, pizzas, breads, soups, pastas, etc. with interesting vegetables not the boring carrots and sweetcorn usual.
one night they had a BCM warm-up party which was great. There was music every night too and everyone was up dancing. Really great atmosphere for an all inclusive. They did bingo and stuff too which was fun. Won a bottle of champagne so was chuffed.
Great hotel. Reccommend it to anyone - except people who plan to do a holiday that consists of waking up, going to the pool, and spending all day there.
