Brilliant time, food was lovely, people were friendly. Room was stunning. View off the balcony was beautiful. I would def reccommend a sea view as the front view is the garden and is very noisy. Great restarants and bars just minutes away from the hotel. I would def go back if i were going to Majorca again.

Never again to Magaluff it is noisy and dirty city full of drunk teenagers from England. Every night they are as drunk as the devils and this scene is awfull.
Flamboyan hotel is not a good value, the swimming-pool is lilliputian.
All inclusive service did not work well (the bar is opened til 23:00 only). We reserved a see-view room and the balkony was big enough but the view wasn't only see, but tree as well .
Every morning we heard drunked screams from the beach.
The food was normal but not excellent.
Free wifi worked only in lobby bar but with communication interruptions.
Public toilets in the hotel building was not clen. And what is more horrible is thatcoastal zone wasn't clean enoght after every day english parties.
But the weather and the see temperature were excellent.

Nice hotel,great veiws over the bay,small swimming pool but it was'nt that busy so no problem there, would'nt want to find a sunbed in peak season though,two flights of stairs down to the beach,though no hotel sunbeds down there.Rooms and hotel clean,just such a shame they don't do something about the food on offer,I've never had to struggle to find something to eat from a buffet style set up untill I stayed here.

We went to this hotel as part of a package deal. Bit dubious about Magalluf because of it's reputation. However, decided to try and make the most of it as we felt it couldn't be all that bad!! Boy, were we mistaken! The hotel itself was really clean and the cleaning ladies did a sterling job. The reception staff were the most unhelpful of any hotel we have ever been to and the dining room staff (apart from Rebecca) were downright rude and just wanted to get dinner over with as soon as possible. We feel the staff would benefit from some serious Customer Service training. The noise from outside was unbearable and went on for most of the night. On one night somebody was "glassed" outside the hotel. The only saving grace was the beach from which the views of the bay were stunning. We will never be returning to this hotel again!
