the best holiday ever - partly due to this hotel! 4 young girls on our first holiday away and never felt unsure about anything whilst we were there. Reception staff all spoke english and seemed really nice as long as you were polite to them. Best location possible in magaluf if your going on a party hol as the hotel is situated right on the end of the strip - there isnt one closer but also backs right up onto the beach so is literally 2 seconds walk! The views off the balcony are gorgeous. Also great about the location is the fact that the water park is within walking distance, we got a taxi there for a euro and walked back to dry off - great day out.
Cannot comment on the food as we were self catering but we never heard any complaints. We found plenty of places to eat within a minutes walk, avoid the beach restaurants if your looking for cheap, but maccies, kfc, subway and pizza hut 2 mins walk from this hotel if you want cheap food that you recognise.
Not fantastic rooms - wouldnt recommend if your looking for luxury but great for what you pay! only trouble we had with the room was the air con which seemed to break constantly - however, the hotel did rent fans for a small fee so all was not lost. We were also in the cheaper part of the hotel so our door jammed abit and the elevators could be temperamental but overall it isnt a 5* hotel so couldnt expect much. We met people out there that were staying in the mallorca rocks and the windows were boarded over! Rooms were clean and suitable for what we needed them for so cant complain. Two criticism woulds be that the night guard will be on your case if you are noisy so beware as he does issue fines and the sunbeds have to be hired although a lilo is free to bathe on so a good investment.
Would definetely recommend this hotel for any young groups - and families seemed pretty content here too. Cant get a better location and total bargain for what you pay!!

went here in july 2010 with 8 lads and had a really good holiday.

right on the beach and right opposite BCM square if you ask for a sea view room like we did we got a room you'd love if you were going for a chilled out holiday with the fam. massive with a decent balcony.

we stayed here during the world cup finals and staff were brilliant especially the maid who woke us up the day after spain had won the world cup chanting 'ESPANIA'

if you're looking for a holiday with friends in a fab location, go here. It is ON the beach and opposite BCM square and pretty much on the strip. I was comfortable enough to walk home on my own because of where it was. The rooms are basic at best, but we didnt need anything more. it has everything you need, just not in the best condition or standard. The receptionists are tight at night but apart from that they're fine. I had the best holiday here ever, we went from 2-9th July '11 and it was amazing, would DEFINITELY recommend for young groups looking for location!

Stayed at this hotel in August 2010 and think that it has a wonderful location, just in front of the beach, with beautiful views and right beside all the fun in Magalluf. The staff members were wonderful, especially in the restaurant and in the hotel bar, really friendly and helpful, love them! The room was not bad but nothing special, ok for the price! The only thing we didn't appreciate was the constant noise during nights! But what could we expect more... we were just beside the "Sun Planet"!!! But in general we liked the hotel very much.
