This hotel is o.k. if you are after a really quiet, layed back type of holiday. With it being in Magaluf I thought it was going to be more fun but it had very little going on for us actually at the hotel. the staff were not very friendly either I thought. Rooms were o.k. but being charged to use the fridge was a bit of a cheek after what we'd paid!. Food: average to good. Magaluf itself is great fun and has a lot of bars and restaurants etc. for a good night out. Beach is especially nice.

I stayed 10 days here for an international tournament; other hotels I visited there since 2004 were less quality. nice room 25m2 and very good breakfast and dinner; also pool and fitness good. Only payment for safe should not be.

The hotel was going through refurbishment, but we didn't experience any disruption at all.

The hotel room was clean and up to date, but the hotel it's self was a bit too quiet for me and my husband.

Plenty of room by the pool, but nothing going on there so we stayed out and about most of the time.

We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was very nice.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main nightlife in magaluf but that's a bonus for us.

I would recommend this hotel for families or couples who want a quiet holiday in magaluf.

I booked two rooms at this hotel for my group but it was nothing special and they didn't come cheap. The reception staff are careless and we asked for extra towels 3 times in one day and 3 times we were promised that they will be delivered and at night when we were leaving the hotel we asked for a 4th time and the receptionist did not apologize and in fact he was very rude to us. My advice: take yourmoney where they appriciate it because after they get your money, they will treat you horribly.
