This finca is a real nice place to stay, it is rural and quiet. It was not as luxury as we thought but quite personal and boutique. It has a nice swimming pool which we had to share with only a few guests, wich is nice and relaxed.
The hotelroom we stayed in is between outdated and boutique, outdated because of the cracky tv and satelite system and the old shower screen in the bathroom. Our bathroom was next to the one of the room next to us and we almost could literally hear eachothers voices.
Its a nice place but a little overpriced during mid-season.

This is the second time that I've stayed at Sa Rota, and it was as lovely as ever. The family is so friendly, and the two dogs are beyond cute. The breakfast served each morning is divine, with jams made from the furit in the farm and lovely homemade cakes, bread and pastries. I can't really fault anything.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore all the various sites and beaches Mallorca has to offer. I recommend it thoroughly for a relaxing break, but it's not the place to go if you want a party trip in Palma.

If you're there with a significant other, I recommend ordering dinner to your room one of the evenings (EUR 26 pp). It's very romantic, and the food was delicious. We had tapas for starters, a first course of a local spinach cannelloni, a second course of sea food stuffed courgette and a divine chocolate mousse to finish. Drinks were not included, but the mini bar is stocked. A romantic dinner followed by watching the flawless, starry night sky is a perfect finish to an evening. There are also numerous restaurants of varying quality in surrounding villages, so there are plenty of other dining options.

It's not a super luxury hotel, but everything is in very good condition, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. Warm, friendly service and utter relaxation, I definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at sa Rota for four days and can warmly recomend it for everybody who apreciate something special and who are tired of chain hotels that are all alike. Sa Rota is a smal very beautyful rural hotel with excellent and friendly service. The breakfasts are terrific with some homemade delicacys on top. If yuo ask for it in advance homecooked diners in gourmet class are served to a fair price. We could chose to bring our own wine or to order one of their house wines from their impressive cellar.
We enjoyed a swim in the pool every morning surrounded by beautyful flowers and some rural sounds in the silence of the countryside. We also had a magnificent view over the landscape. So coul you.

Agroturismo sa Rota d'en Palerm has a good location, both rural and central on the island. The owning family lives also on the domain and speaks English well. The site is quiet and peaceful with nice (fruit)trees. In summer, it can be rather hot beside the (good) swimming pool, so take into account you might need to go to the beach (e.g. Alcudia) on those days. It is possible to reserve for dinner (EUR 26), but we did not (drove to Sineu most of the times).

Positives:
# Excellent (!) breakfast. # Free wifi. # Several places to 'lounge' in the nice garden. # Touristic leaflets in room/apartment. # Tableware, even in the double room. # Private terrace (depending on which double room) with candles (also the ones against insects). # Enough parking space.

Negatives:
# It is not possible to order lunch/snacks. # The 'instruction manual' said you needed to pay for swimming pool towels (EUR 2,80 per stay) and the safe deposit (EUR 1,90 per day). # No cleaning on Sundays.

Room:
We stayed in one of the double rooms (no. 5). The agroturismo also has appartments. We found the room a bit outdated, compared to other places we stayed. Especially the bathroom could use an upgrade. The size of the room and the bed were okay. A minibar is available, but prices were rather high.
