Stayed at ghotel for two weeks although rooms on small side they were very clean and bedding and towels changed every other day. Restaurant quite good for buffet although food never piping hot even if first in. Varied selection although didnt do breakfast most days when we did fried eggs looked like they were from night before. Entertainment mostly catered for German and Spanish in the fortnight no English entertainment at all. Staff very helpful and friendly would stay there again. Lovely resort and getting around very easy. We never had sea view but lucky enough to have a table on balcony where the majority never

my second stay at this hotel. Stayed on B&B basis. Very clean hotel, food good, staff very courteous and efficient. Set just across from beach with shops and restaurants close by

Room Tip: ask for pool view or sea view

“OK Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 July 2011

Stayed at this hotel after being booked in the Hotel Nautic they had overbooked the hotel and we were transferred to this one, so didn’t stay by choice. Hotel is clean but dated, food not good, most times it was only just about warm. Bacon at breakfast was like nothing else I have ever seen, it looked like streaky bacon but was actually some kind on reconstituted strip of mostly fat with the odd bit of meat in. At times Staff in restaurant seemed overstretched probably due to the influx of guests that had been transferred from the Nautic, had to clear own table in restaurant a few times and source knives and forks etc which is not that good. If you like tea at breakfast take your own and get water out of the coffee machine (its hot), the tea they supplied was no frills (and in lukewarm water) absolutely horrible. Opted for coffee one morning and I think the milk had gone off as there were white bits floating around in the cup, gave up and drank water.

Room had a lovely sea view. Pool ok, but only about 10 sun beds and no view surrounded by walls, so if you like laying next to the pool get your towel down early! There was entertainment on every couple of nights, however it was pretty poor.

“Terrible Food”

We were put into this hotel for 1 night as our hotel we booked was over booked, the rooms are small, but the beds are very good, its clean, but the food is terrilbe we had dinner which was rotten and breakfast the fired eggs were swimming in grease, the bacon was so thin you could see through it., the location of this hotel is good, I would go back but on a room only basic, but I have to say the best was the hotel we were booked in for the week the Marina Luz best hotel I have ever stayed in it gets full marks for accomodation, food, luxury, very clean, location, service you could not fault it in anything.

Room Tip: Top Floor looking over the sea beautiful Views.

“exellent hotel”

Hi, we have just got back froom this hotel,we had a wonderful time there and didn't find anything anybody could complain about.
The hotel is so clean you could eat your food of the floors, all the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, has i said before the rooms are very well looked after which is very important to us and towels are changed every day, this hotel is across the street from beach which seems to go for miles, turn left or right from the hotel (watch out for bikes they seem to ride any where) for lots of places to eat and drink.
We will go back to this hotel again

Room Tip: Be polite to reception staff, ask don't demand
