I was here for some weeks ago, nice area but terrible hotel!.. I stayd for 5 days, they didnt change the beds one time for 5 days!! I had to run after the cleaning lady for new towls.. The beds was so hard so we got spring-marks on our backs after sleeping.. The showerhead came off the wall when showering, the staff told us that a service man was coming to fix this, NOTHING happend... Staff was bad, did not want to help us with another room... There were practicaly no people in the hotel so they had rooms for sure!!.... We were not often in the hotel beside at night and showering after beeing to beach, if not i had payd me in for another hotel.. Too bad this hotel is SO BAD when it is in this nice area of mallorca.. just got back from 2 weeks at costa portals, it was lovely,peaceful and relaxing, Staff excellent, rooms clean and tidy, although bathrooms could do with updating. location excellent, easy to get to palms abd palma nova via bus the stops at the bottom of the hill, yes there is a hill but its not that bad. Good places to eat in the village, the very very excellent celias restaurant , the ship and the coral restaurant, but for the best atmosphere you have got to try the bistro about 4 doors down from the hotel, it really is gorgeous. Food at the hotel normal for 3 star, not that exciting but because the hotel is so cheap, you can afford to eat out. We went all inclusive, its worth it for the breakfast and the drinks, really good deals around, Will definatly be going back, and theres not many hotels I could say that about.

> room cleaned and made up every day (no matter when we left it!!)

> pool always had loungers available
> plenty of free parking outside hotel for hire car

Lowlights
> food ok but a bit repetative, especially the hot food
> pool a bit on the small size but adequate
> beds firm but not to the extent that some others have commented
>a/c not very effective

All in all for the money we paid, it was really superb value for money. Having the hire car was really good as the resort is small.....

My husband, son and myself stayed here for a fortnight returning yesterday. The hotel itself is small with a small pool but we found this fine, the pool (saltwater) and pool area was spotlessly clean at all times. The staff are all really friendly, welcoming and cheerful. Food was really good, there was always something for everyone no matter what your taste. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and comfortable. A mix of nationalities were there Swedes, French and Brits which made for a nice mix also different age groups. The hotel itself is in a residential area with a small beach nearby and about ten minute walk from supermarket, bank, newsagent and pubs etc. Palma is a 16 euro trip and Palma Nova is about 6 to 8 euros in a taxi. We would definately go to this hotel again and would highly recommend it.
