What an experience. It is a very beautiful resort. The hotel is located in a beautiful region -- scenic views. It is definitely a 5 star experience all the way. The staff is extremely professional and polite. Will definitely be back. It's expensive but worth every penny!

This was our second time at the hotel. Its extremely relaxing and a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and great views. The food is nice and the staff are great.

The only probably I have is that the TV is too small and there are not enough English channels or movies available.

Again, highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this September and had an amazing time.

The hotel, the grounds and the view are all spectacular. Our room was on the 6th floor and it was lovely to wake up to such glorious views. Room was spacious and well decorated. Nice balcony etc.

Breakfast was good with varied selection. We didn't eat any other meals at the hotel so can't comment on the quality - however it has to be said that the prices were reasonable for a five star hotel.

The general ambience of the hotel was relaxed and what really helped to contribute to this was the lack of children ...

We seldom return to the same hotel but would certainly consider a return visit here.

My wife and I are currently enjoying our 3rd visit to this Hotel. We first visited in 1999 and were especially taken by every aspect of the experience. We had our 6 year old son with us on that occasion and he too enjoyed it immensely. Time moves on and Hotel rules change and I have to say that the "adult only" development is most pleasing! Kids are fine but it's nice to know that adults have a special place to retreat to from time time - if you miss them too much sure there's always FaceTime or Skype! I'm going to refrain from repeating other contributors complementary comments. I endorse them all. This is a fabulous hotel. So I will focus on something else. Look at the accessibility for Palma. It is 15 minutes by Taxi or 25 by the number 3 bus which collects and drops within 100 metres of the hotel entrance. Portal Nous, the local answer to Porto Banus, is a brisk 30 minute walk away and in my humble opinion is much more refined and of course, Cala Major remains quaint and unspoilt by the ravages of tourism. We have stayed in other hotels in Illetas over the past ten years as we love the area but this Hotel holds the trumph card for a host of reasons - give it a try!
