Stayed at this hotel the first week of October and all I can say is that we had a fantastic week, that is my wife and two children aged 9 & 5.
Value for money you could not fault it, ok rooms a bit dated, lifts can be a bit slow but hey it makes you use the stairs to help work off all the food & drink you are going to have, yes the food can be a bit repetitive but they are catering for the masses and you could always find something to eat, for the kids its fantastic it encourages them to try new things! We made a rule that they had to try something new every meal time and they had fun doing so and even found out that they liked things they would not normally order and they can be fussy. The intertainment team were first class and went out their way to make sure you enjoyed your holiday. You honestly would not have leave the hotel if you did not want too and some people didn't!

Ok the hotel is a bit out of the way a good 15 min walk to the centre and two main beaches or time it rught and catch the free train.

All in all value for money you will not go wrong, met some good friends "Top Pool Crew" you know who you all are, to us a week was not long enough ideal would be 10 days need time to recover and buy some new clothes for going back to work as ate and drank far too much, but hey that's what holidays are for, hopefully see you all next year same time!!

So would I go back yes for sure if you get the right deal.

My self and my best friend wanted a break so a week before we booked this holiday we were searching around, when we saw the picture on teletext it all looked very green and very simple really, we was put off, anyway we rang teletext to book the america resort, it was full. so she recommended HSM, when we looked through the reveiws i think its fair to say everyone thinks its average, but what more can you expect on the price you pay? we arrived on the 8th october and stayed for a week, the transfer was a pain we was the last to be dropped off and the first to be picked up, BUT a couple we met paid 90 euros for a cab so 5 hours extra of my time for transfers was no problem atall. we arrived about 1oclock in the afternoon and got our key and was in our room within 5 minutes. we was first floor room 130, great veiw of the back pool, luckily all rooms have balconys!... the reception staff were lovely always very very helpful... the little shop in the hotel which sells lilos etc... the ladie in there is FABULOS! she is so funny and so helpful and always made me laugh. the food was average. im a very fussy eater and dont eat meat or fish so im always my own worst enemy for going all inclusive! everyone we spoke to ate very well every night though!.... on the 3rd night we decided to go to the town, we walked! its a lovely easy walk and it was about 20minutes, no hills etc... we are only 20 years old and had a great time the sun was powerful and it was a clean hotel. the bar staff were fab so friendly and always smiling! the drinks were generous shots :-)... the only thing we found a problem was the walls, there so thin! but everyones in bed by 12 so tis no biggy if u cant sleep before then! the fan was excellent iv always been places where air con was on all the time, its not needed! we put the fan on number 3 of a night and usally turnt it off for being too cold!!!... would 1000% go back for another holiday!x

Before i review the hotel i would like to say this was our 1st time to majorca so on arrival i was shocked at the q at palma airport
We landed at 9pm and never got to hotel until 1.30am No FAULT for the hotel it was the tranfer company, so my advice get a taxi as it would only take you around an hour to get there.
Ok hotel review time on arrival met by a very nice man on reception who got us to our room very quickly.
Rooms here are very clean and tidy with tv and a ceiling fan with nice bath and shower.
I noticed there was no hairdryer but these can be rented from reception.
The food was very good indeed plenty choice every day it varies from day to day nice choices at breakfast lunch and evening meals.
For the pc mob there is free wifi near the reception and the signal even extends to outside areas.
The rooms were cleaned every day towels sheets changed etc.
Local drinks were nice beer was drinkable and the gin bacardi etc was going down a treat, also supplied outside drink machines just help yourself to coke sprite etc also slush and ice cream on tap.
All in all we were only there for a week but we really enjoyed it and our wee one loved the mini discos and kids club from the animation team.
We will return to this hotel for sure as it was really relaxing if the manager is reading this i think he would be onto a winner if he organised private transfers to and from palma airport so overall from a first timer to this hotel we will defo be returning thanks to all at HSM canarios park.

Booked this Hotel through flexible trips via Thomas Cook. We flew from Manchester Airport using Monarch. Transfer was very good but only because there was only half a Dozen other couples to be dropped of. We arrived a bit late for a meal but just in time for snacks, which was a taste of great things to come. We had pool view on the third floor but because the dinning room and the pool area is split level and below the ground floor it was more like being on the 6th floor. We had a stunning view to the left we got a sea view and to the right we could see the big Hills in the distant. The Hotel was spotless as was our room, they even changed the shower curtain, and not many Hotels do that. The pool area was cleaned every day and everywhere you looked there as always someone cleaning. The Food was lovely and would put a lot of top restaurants in the UK to shame. Tables and cutlery was spotless, the food was plentiful and empty trays were quickly filled up again. Forget what People have said about the food being repetitive as we managed to have something different every day. Food was delicious, well cooked and well presented with a continental flavour. The booze was great and was served from 10.30AM till midnight. A great idea is the make soft drinks, tea, coffee and Ice cream self service which really helps with the queuing for drinks. We never really qued for long as the bar staff were quick, efficient and polite. There was nightly entertainment which was actually quite good, but because there was a lot of different nationalities staying at the Hotel all announcements were said in different languages which was a bit tedious but at least everyone was included. On the whole both my Wife and I had a fantastic time and we never go back to the same Hotel twice but with Canarios park we will definitely return. Just one grumble but we could see the funny side, we were chatting to some friends quietly at about 1.30AM when the Hotel Manager asked us to go to our rooms immediately, last time I was ordered to my room Edward Heath was Prime Minister lol. We can fully recommend this Hotel as you do bet a lot for your money and especially if you have Children as the Kids club is great and the staff worked very hard to make sure the Kids had a great time. So to recap im not saying everything was perfect but for sheer value for money its was spot on, keep it up Canarios Park.
