After a ful day travelin we wer taken 2 the wrong hotel n finaly afta bein taken 2 r room we ad a gr8 time n margarita n alex made us so welcum n happy hour at the bar woz a gd laf wen we met a group of jordy lasses. Rooms wer basic but ok. Eat out at indiana johns and drink at the duke

We booked this on a last minute cheap deal so didn't expect much. It's not the Hilton, the kitchen facilities are tired and dated. The furniture and the decoration is well in need of a upgrade, but the sun shone, the cleaner came in every day, it was clean and in a good location to walk into the main town. We used the small pool by reception which was partly shaded. The pool bar prices are quite reasonable. On our last day, we had an issue with our transfer home and the receptionist really helped us out of a difficult situation, She was wonderful. Cala D Or itself is perfect for couples or children, not so amazing for three girls though!

Basically, you get what you pay for. Great value for money and a fab holiday !

just stayed at cala d'or park for second time and booking up for third time great staff still a little dated but clean tidy brill location close to beach shops and night life.good for self catering propper oven all pots and pans if its not thear just ask the staff and you will get it.Clean towels every other day and clean sheets twice a week pool is nice good bar and food thear is allso a pool across the road you can use.Good for familys and couples if you have booked up allready you cant go wrong if you havent what are you waiting for.

On arrival we were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by a very friendly Margarita and then shown to our apartments by another member of her staff. Our request for ground floor apartments was partly accommodated as unfortunately there was only one available, therefore we were located on the next road down, which was no great deal. The apartments are located in a quiet area on a back road but you are never more than 2 minutes away from the nearest shops, bars or restaurants. Inside, the apartments are basic but very clean and ample for a self catering holiday although some only have a two ring hotplate and no grill or oven, we were lucky and had a free standing full cooker, not that it was used much as eating out is great in Cala D'or. There was no kettle or toaster but on asking the ever helpful Kathy, on reception, they were delivered to the apartment at 8am next day, no charge.
Towels were changed every couple of days and were even changed on our last day, which i thought was excellent.
The pool area is kept very clean and has quite a number of sunbeds around it, mattresses are 2 Euros a day with 5 Euros deposit.
There is Happy Hour at the bar from 8-9pm where you are always greeted with a smile, whether it be Margarita, Kathy or any of the other members of staff.
All in all we had a fabulous holiday and we would like to thank Margarita, Kathy and all the other members of staff for being so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them even keeping Linda stocked up with plenty and i mean plenty (pints) of ice for her drinks and if they had time they would sit down with us for a quick chat. This complex, in my opinion, should be a 3 star minimum and not 2 simply because the friendly service offered by Margarita and her team is second to none, we will definitely be going back again.
