Just back from a late break at this hotel and was pleasantly surprise as this was not our chosen hotel , our holiday company had to change us to this hotel at the last minute.After a looking at this site i wondered how bad the hotel was going to be.Although the hotel was closing for the season the next day the standards seemed quite high ,entertainment every night ,great location,clean and staff nice and helpful,Food was ok with plenty of choice.We would definatly go back,i wonder what people expect for the money?

Thanks for a brilliant holiday! All the staff were still there from my visit last year.Made to feel really welcome. Thanks Kelly, Santi, Sonny, & Toni in particular. Had a real relaxing holiday. Entertainment very good also. A good all round hotel & resort.Some Brits moan about anything, for the cost I don't think you can beat it.See you next year.I had room 2210 in their sister hotel costa del sur.Mrs Barbara Ball. xxxx

Just back from our Lowcostholidays.com 7 day break at this hotel.This is our 4th trip here in the past 3 years having booked through Lowcostholidays.com, and as usual it was great, rooms clean,towels changed on regular basis, staff friendly and the food was as always superb, something on offer for everyone.The hotel is right at the cala gran beach, pool never too crowded, and always clean. The staff are great, Simone and her varied activities for young and old, Damien and Toni in the restaurante and Santy and Adrianu at the bar all adding to to a wonderful time.

Fantastic location but overall very disappointed with the 'Hotel' - if you could call it that ?! In my eyes more of a self catering accommodation with very basic All Inclusive.Lots of the drinks were not included - infact 2/3rds of the drinks advertised on the bar menu you had to pay for !?? Food cold most nights - only decent thing was the puddings !!! Room very basic & beds not made daily.Security very worrying - reckon my 13 year old could have broken the balcony door in.Overall very poor value for money & lots of local Spanish guests at the weekends staying there - who were noisey & annoying !!!! I cannot recommend the hotel & would not stay here again.
