This hotel is for german guests only we were the only english family there, no one spoke english not even the staff, we were suposed to be s/c but there was no kettle, toaster or microwave and because no one could understand us every time we asked for a kettle we got a sausepan i dont think they know what a kettle is. Considering this was a 4 star hotel, I think this was bad , the children could not join in any of the kids clubs for this reason. We rarely stayed at the hotel during the daytime because we stuck out like sore thumbs. We also had to upgrade to h/b which cost us another 320euros ,then all the menus were written in german as was any other informaton we needed. The staff in the restaurant were quite rude and only one got by with broken english and then we were told tat the 320 euros did not include DRINKS what a joke! I would not go back there if you paid me . A completly ruined holiday! THANKS TO EXCEL HOLIDAYS
