I stayed here for a week with a friend for some relaxation.Although the hotel was smaller than the other iberostar hotels i had stayed at the quality was as good.
The pool area was well maintained and a lifeguard on duty keeping a watching eye which is good with children present.
The hotel has a nice relaxing feel and with lush grass and wooded area which gave nice surroundings.
Food quality was good although with it nearing the end of the season perhaps a little less variety.
All staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much of burden for them.
Rooms were cleaned each day.
I would recommend this hotel but please be aware that English speaking people/nationality were in a very small minority in fact just about 6 English people were there in my visit.
There was evening entertainment every evening and kids stuff to do.

I stayed here with a friend, no children, for a week. The hotel is lovely, the pool area very well kept and the food was very good with lots of variety. The restaurant staff were fantastic and always found us a table outside. I would say that this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children and for those that like to swim in a pool. The nearest beach was a 15 minute walk away and we went there every day, the sea was beautiful. If you want to go to the main beach the hotel provides a 'bus' service - a car which seats about 7 people. Ca'n Picafort beach is a lot busier than the local beach and very commercial. The local beach was quieter which suited us better. Entertainment was put on every evening, again I would say geared towards families with children. All in all we had a lovely week and if the hotel had been just a bit nearer the beach I would return.

Stayed here from 7th to 14 th September my two kids 18 months and 3 1/2 enjoyed it as did my wife and I . Food was great and of a very high standard . Great choice even if lunch was a bit repetitive sometimes . I thought sea food on offer was fab . Only let down when salmon was on one night . Requires properly filleted as bones were left in . Pool was spot on as at one end is 0cm and the little ones can splash around in shallow water .Kids mini disco was fab

Poolside bar was good as we were all inclusive my kids got icelollies during the day and drinks . Beer was also good on all inclusive and wine was good quality .resteraunt staff were very good and poolbar staff also excellent . Maids never stop. Place is spotless .


Apartments were clean And spacious. lifts help with having kids with you for going up to your apartment and they were cleaned &
attended every day. An english tv channel would be nice though . Did have a couple of ants visit us . In the apartment .this did get sprayed To get rid of them . Would take an ant spray just in case to keep them away. This after all is a hot country so insects are to be expected .great relaxing holiday great complex . Great staff . Would recommend going all inclusive.

We stayed her for one week sept 23 the hotel is set in beautiful surroundings rooms cleaned every day and the room provided everything we needed. The staff work very hard and are lovely people who were very goof with our 2 year old boy. The food was lovely lots of fish but there was plenty of things to chose from fresh meat cooked for you each night there was always something you could find. Ice creams throughout the day for the children San migel beer included in all inclusive was an added bonus for my husband. Pool was lovely. The entertainment staff were fantastic the mini disco was a massive hit for our little boy.lovely family holiday.
